After the chaotic scene at the university, Lian returned to her room feeling confused. She didn't know how to let her heart be drawn to someone from a family that was an old enemy of hers. As she looked out the window, she heard a faint knock on the door. She opened it to find a small piece of paper lying on the threshold, reading: "I know how you feel... but be careful." She froze; there was no signature. A strong desire to know the source mixed with fear that a member of her family or Al-Asi was behind the message.
