Chapter 10 - ARIN'S DESCENT

Chapter 10

Now time stopped moving.... it didn't slow down and neither was it weakened or interrupted.

It Stopped.

The whole planet...continents, oceans, winds, clouds, even the rotation of the Earth shook violently as Arin stepped down from the gate. She floated in mid-air as if gravity did not exist for her at all. The world looked frozen around her, but Arin was not frozen. She moved freely, like time itself obeyed her command. And no one except for Renji and Sakura could see her divinity

Her eyes shimmered with golden light it was bright, ancient, powerful ...and when she looked at Renji, it felt like the sun itself was staring directly through him. Her gaze wasn't just intense. It was the kind of stare that made reality bend like soft metal around her will.

Renji's lips trembled.

"M… mother!"

His voice cracked in a way it never did. Renji, who fought gods, monsters, kings, universes… now stuttered like a frightened child. His whole body felt weak. His heartbeat was loud in his ears. His legs shook uncontrollably , and his throat was literally dry .

Her aura was completely overwhelming far beyond what he remembered from two thousand years ago. She wasn't just stronger. She was on a completely different level. A level that made words like "powerful" or "godlike" feel too small to describe her.

She had willingly stopped time.

She was commanding space itself like it was a toy.

And that was just the beginning.

It was terrifying, beautiful and divine.

And that was the least she could do.

Sakura felt her entire body freeze. Not because of time, but because of fear. Her throat became painfully dry. Her knees hit the ground so fast she didn't even realize she kneeled. She couldn't stop herself. It was pure instinct. She bowed deeply

She wasn't just standing in anyone's presence she was kneeling before the creator of the universe… the mother of all creation….. she was divinity herself the legend and one of the 12 fragments of the supreme diety

ARIN.

The pressure was so strong that even breathing felt like a sin.

Arin stepped completely out of the gate.

Then

Time resumed.

The sky cracked open like glass.

GBIM!!!

A massive shockwave erupted from Arin's presence alone. Winds blasted out in every direction. Buildings shook. Clouds split apart. Reality vibrated like someone dropped a giant stone into the ocean of the universe.

All the hunters nearby felt the weight of her power. It wasn't just pressure. It wasn't just aura.

It was like a commandment.

No not like

It was commandment.

Their knees dropped immediately as if the earth itself ordered them to kneel. Something in their souls recognized her authority. Something ancient. Something primal.

"Is… is that even a magic beast?" a hunter whispered with tears forming in his eyes.

Elena Warwick watched silently. Her breaths were shallow, her pupils shaking, sweat dripping down her temple. She wanted to speak, but her mind was a storm of thoughts.

I can't believe this… she felt her power it was barley making her stand... how did something like this actually exists… Her aura alone… it makes even Renji-san afraid… it almost feels like death itself… no, it feels even worse…

Back at the English Hunter Association headquarters…

One officer dropped his headset.

"W… WHAT is that thing!!?"

Another officer backed away from the screen in panic.

"It's human! But not human! What the hell is that aura!?"

A third officer fell out of his chair.

"It's making the strongest Hunters in the world kneel!!!"

Several hunters in the building felt sick just from the video feed.

Some clutched their throats.

Others staggered back.

A few fainted on the spot.

The entire building was in chaos as Arin walked calmly toward Renji on the screen.

Arin walked casually slow, graceful, controlled.

Every step she took felt like an absolute law being written into the world.

A law that was simple BOW

Her gaze stayed cold.

Her expression was unreadable.

No one dared raise their head in the presence of someone who commanded creation itself.

Sakura tried to speak, her voice trembling hard.

"M-My… L-Lord…! You seem very angry…"

Elena glanced at Sakura, shocked.

In her mind, she screamed:

L… Lord?! This being… this being is their LORD?! It makes sense now! I've never seen Renji-san look like that… he looks terrified!

Renji's eyes darted nervously toward his mother as she approached.

She's angry… why is she angry…? I've never seen mother like this!!!

Sakura tried again, voice shaking.

"My Lord—!!"

Arin raised her chin slightly.

And then she spoke.

"Shut up."

The two words hit harder than a divine weapon.

They weren't spoken.

They were declared.

A divine rule written into the fabric of Sakura's soul.

The command pierced through Sakura's entire being like a blade made of pure authority.

Arin took one more step forward.

"I didn't give you permission to speak now, did I?"

Sakura couldn't answer.

She trembled like a leaf in a violent storm.

Arin's presence alone silenced the world.

Arin finally stood in front of Renji. She looked down at him as if examining a child who did something terribly wrong. Her golden eyes glowed brighter, shaking the air around them.

Her voice echoed....

"Boy. Do you feel fear?"

Renji swallowed painfully.

His throat was locked.

His voice refused to come out.

He couldn't even lift his head.

Even at his full power, his mother was countless levels above him.

Right now he was barely at 10% of his strength.

He wasn't just overpowered.

He was nothing in front of her.

Arin was a being who didn't meddle in the world's affair after she passed the mantle to Januza and Azerin!! And went on to rebuild another universe and became queen ...

Arin repeated, louder, stronger, deeper....

"BOY!!! Do you FEEL FEAR?"

Renji finally forced his voice out.

"M… mother… you are going to destroy the universe if you keep releasing your aura like that—"

Arin's eye twitched.

A cold spark shot through the air.

Renji felt a sharp sting strike through his entire body. He fell forward, sweating, shaking, unable to breathe.

This is bad… this is VERY bad… I've made her even more angry…!!

The other hunters around the area fainted completely. Some collapsed face-first. Others trembled on the ground unconscious. Her aura was too overwhelming...even beautiful..to withstand.

Then Arin's voice cracked with divine rage.

"Januza!!! You've been a very bad boy. I'll kill you!!!"

Sakura froze completely.

Renji stiffened in terror.

Arin glared harder.

"How DARE you not contact your mother for over ONE THOUSAND YEARS!?"

Renji screamed internally:

I KNEW IT!!! THIS IS BADDD!!! I totally forgot to contact her after I regained my memories!!!

Suddenly.....

The world changed.

Arin leaned forward and pulled Renji into a tight hug, squeezing him like a mother hugging a child she hadn't seen in ages. Her expression switched instantly from divine fury to pure affection.

She smiled brightly.

"My sweet boyyyy!!"

Renji's mind froze.

"Huh??"

Sakura blinked.

"Huh??"

Elena blinked.

"Huh???"

Everyone was confused.

Huh??

The overwhelming aura disappeared like smoke.

The terrifying pressure vanished.

Instead, a warm and gentle feeling spread through the area like sunlight.

Arin hugged him again...tighter...crying loudly.

It's not fair!!!!!! Whyyyyyy

"You always treat your mother bad!! How could you not contact me for over one thousand years!? I couldn't even feel you!! So you were running away from me!"

Her tears dropped like golden droplets of light.

"And when I finally felt your presence, I immediately tracked it to this universe!" she sobbed.

Elena stared in disbelief.

Is this the same person who was about to kill him?? She was just leaking murderous intent… and now she's hugging him like a crying parent!? And she's Renji-san's mother!!

Renji sighed heavily.

"Ehh… mother… you really scared me there…"

Sakura slowly lifted her head, still kneeling.

"My Lord! It's really good to have you here!"

Arin laughed loudly and wiped her tears.

"What are you doing, Sakura?! You don't serve me anymore. Stand up!"

Elena nearly choked.

What is happening?!

Renji pointed casually.

"Hunter Elena, this is my mother. She is the one who created this universe along with the other Gods of Creation."

Elena Warwick's jaw dropped.

"Huh!!?"

She was now standing in front of the being who created the universe.

The literal god of creation.. this is bad should I just bow down or wait no shit I don't know what to do!!

Her mind nearly shut down.

Renji hugged his mother gently, breaking the tension.

"I've missed you, mother."

Arin sniffled happily again.

Renji sighed.

"But c'mon, we can't talk here. Let's go home."

He turned to Elena Warwick and bowed deeply.

"I'm sorry for any damage caused. I'll cover all costs for the destruction done here I promise"

Elena panicked, waving her hands quickly.

"No, no, no, no!! It's okay! The government will cover it! Please, please don't trouble yourself—!!"

Renji shook his head gently.

"No. I insist."

Elena froze.

"...Alright… Renji-san."

Renji smiled softly.

Then he turned to Arin with a bright expression.

"Let's go home!!!"

He lifted a hand and swirled his fingers.

Space trembled.

A beautiful gate opened instantly in mid-air.

"Don't worry," he added. "I already marked this location. No need to fly."

He gestured toward the gate.

"Let's go, mother."

Arin nodded happily.

Sakura followed behind them, still a bit nervous.

One by one, Renji, Sakura, and Arin walked into the gate and disappeared.

The world slowly returned to normal.

The winds calmed.

The shaking stopped.

The sky went quiet.

Hunters slowly woke up in confusion.

Elena stood still, staring at the place where they vanished.

She let out a long sigh.

Her voice cracked.

"Huh… the creator of the universe!!
