20 years later
The Void. Not much is known about this realm. But it shall be explained:
The Void is a dark realm created by the evil of all things. Every sin grows this hellish place. From it, creatures are born—the Sandeth. And the embodiment of evil itself: they call it Fenrir. It feeds off the fear and despair of those trapped within the Void. It grows and grows.
Fenrir has become the "sin" of the three cosmic forces—along with "virtue" and "survival." These three forces create balance within the multiverse.
But recently, Fenrir killed Survival.
Now the Void is growing out of control.
Yet, The One Who Sees—the only force above the cosmic forces—has given life a secret weapon.
Children being born across the universe with special abilities are known as the Chosen Ones.
The fate of the multiverse rests in their hands.
Orkus arrived home to find his wife cradling their newborn child.
"I can't believe we have a son! This is amazing!" she exclaimed, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks.
"Yeah… It's great," Orkus replied, his face clouded with stress.
She looked at him, concern creeping into her voice.
"What's wrong, honey?"
"It's just… kids are a huge responsibility," he said quietly. "But it's not the work that scares me—it's the fear of losing them."
His eyes were tired, almost haunted.
She stepped closer and spoke gently.
"One of the best things in life is having something to lose. It gives us purpose. And reward."
Orkus didn't respond. He simply turned and walked upstairs, entered their bedroom, and collapsed onto the bed.
He was asleep within seconds.
