Swoosh.
A clean slice split the air, decapitating the last goblin head from its body, the blood splashing against the glass walls.
"Huff, this is the last one", Roy muttered to himself, wiping his sweat.
It's been an hour since, as he likes to call it, the "outbreak"; the people's screams have stopped now.
And sure enough, goblins had already started breaking through to buildings, he can't afford to slack down.
Roy withdrew his gaze from the goblin corpse, walking down to the last classroom, step by step, scanning his surroundings for traps.
He stopped, taking a long breath.
"Ok, no goblins sounds.. now"
"This is the last place I didn't check".
"Either she is inside, or….."
Clenching his fist, he didn't want to imagine what would happen to Natalie outside, with all those monsters there.
First, he shouted to the door,
"Natalie"
His rough manly voice impregnated with concerns, echoed across the hallway only silence responding back.
Once again, he shouted louder oblivious to the faint murmurs behind the door
"Natalies"
Upon hearing her name, Natalie, who was inside, her eyes shining, went to the teacher tugging her sleeve.
"Please, let me out, brother is behind the door." She pleaded with a relieved tone
The teacher flashed a lovely smile, knowing Roy found them, and soothed Natalie.
"Alright, all go to the back!", said the teacher resolutely, lifting an iron rod with her hand, slowly walking to the door.
Roy leaned his face on the door frame, resting his forehead on it, because they took a lot of time to respond, he thought the room was empty.
Before he cried, the door opened, and Roy and the teacher faced inches away from each other.
Realising how tall Roy is compared to her, the teacher stammered back.
"Yo…your sister is safe, don't worry" hurriedly said, trying to ease the tense Roy.
Overflowing with emotions, Roy rushed to Natalie embracing her in his arms.
"Words cannot describe how worried I was." Hearing Roy's heartfelt words, Natalie broke into tears.
"I…I thought you weren't coming back, because all the other parents didn't" Natalie's raspy voice sounded in his chest.
"I already told you before in the car I would drive you back. This was not an empty promise but a fact". Roy's eyes shone while declaring those words to her.
The teacher's legs grow weaker hearing them, imagining herself in Natalie's shoes
"No! This is unprofessional thinking!" The teacher shook her head, dispelling her thoughts.
Seeing Roy standing up and walking her way, she subconsciously tugged a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Wh-what could I help you with" she stammered with a flushed face, 'gosh, he must think I'm weird now'
Then Roy's deep magnetic voice heard in her ears cutting her thoughts.
"Sorry, madam, but what are you gonna do with the rest of the girls? I can't leave with my sister like that", his rough voice addressed her, eyes filled with concern.
She had to admit it, compared to his previous self, he seemed changed somehow now.
In a good way.
"Their parents aren't responding, as their teacher is my responsibility to keep them safe" declared the teacher, her chest buffed.
Roy chuckled "You're really a special teacher, I wish I knew you better"
"I wish that even more" "wait- nothing, hahah" the teacher rubbed the back of her head, trying to relax the awkward mood.
Roy hummed, 'This teacher isn't half bad, and their dad's house is big enough for everyone to crash out temporarily'.
He lifted Natalie on his shoulders
"How about it, Natalie, guys, want to have a sleepover at our house?" said Roy, energetically lifting everyone's mood.
The previous grim students cheered back "yes"
Feeling the weight of responsibility increase even more on his shoulders, he didn't mind it, seeing the girls' happy faces.
"Alright, follow me now", he declared, making his way out of the ruined school.
With his newfound power, every goblin he meets gets dispatched in one blow by him.

Hit fist landed on the goblin head, exploding it like a watermelon.

Their bodies exploding from pressure, he gets used to seeing the scene, clearly, he had suppressed the human limit.
Looking at the status screen
"STR:20, yeah…checks out"
His hits now probably rival a small localised explosion, every time he swung his fist a small gust of wind formed.
He even tried to see how far he could jump, and he easily reached the second floor.
He had lost track of how many goblins he killed, it seems there is no end for them.
He stopped abruptly seeing the usual road.
"Alright, guys, just a little more, see that hill, our house is just there".
The girl's tired faces cheered in real time, while the teacher kept glancing at his profile, with admiration and other emotions.
Reaching the neighbourhood gates, he grabbed the iron rods, cracking them open easily like paper.
"Hehe, damn I'm like a superhero now", he smirked looking at the twisted gates.
A girl came to Natalie's side "Your brother is so cool, I wish I had a brother like yours!"
Natalie gets flustered, scared that this girl would steal her brother, she said hurriedly "He is the worst in the universe, the ultimate scum"
Roy, who was secretly hearing their conversation, his shoulder deflated, and his walk became heavy.
A small crack even appeared on the ground, for each angry step he took.
Just before he continued, on the other side of the way, stood a massive bulky green creature.
It had two horns leaving his mouth, curled upwards, holding a person-sized club in his hand.
"Bruh, you can't be any more generic than this" laughed Roy seizing up the orc in front of him
Just as Roy relaxed his shoulder, In a flash, another creature appeared behind the orc.
Then, the Orc's head fell, making a dull thud against the ground.
Roy's eyes contracted rapidly "Wait, what is this creatures?" His mind spiralled
