Create chakra core in one or all three areas the forehead (similar to Tsunades seal) the heart or the dantian( at navel like in most cultivating stories.) once it crystalizes because chakra at first is a gaseous state then make liquid then solid ie crystal then it's the eight gates and the bodies hidden meridians after opening a certain amount the body keeps the gate open naturally. After the eight gates it's the chakra channels from Avatar the last air bender. And finally mergering with nature energy. I let whoever takes over keep it going but this is the gist)
