Facing the assault of the monster horde, the group was on the back foot immediately. Only the four bosses could relatively hold their ground against the horde of monsters with the aid of their skills and higher physical stats but they weren't enough to turn the situation around, they could barely survive until a loud shattering sound reverberated and the door of the female dormitory came down crumbling, it looked like a comical series of a superhero movie. Walking out of the female dormitory was sabre a katana with a golden hilt on his hand as he gazed at the wolf demon.

Since they couldn't just charge out of the female dormitory, sabre and Alex decided to take a stroll around the female dormitory, on the way they saw many corpses obviously from the demon lord massacre but what got sabre attention was a treasure orh originating from the corpse of a level 10 monster, although he was frightened inwardly wondering how the monster managed to reach such a level so fast. He grabbed the orb and was greeted by a screen with green letters

Sabre called out as he dashed toward the horde of monsters fearlessly

Mr Ray bellowed the other three bosses urged Alex to stop sabre, Alex gazed at them and shrugged his shoulders indifferently as he replied
' you don't know what sort of monster that guy is'
Sabre released his sword in a single thrust and the huge earth snake fell dead, this scene made everyone dumbstruck, even the indifferent wolf demon had a look of shock on his face as it said
' damn that guy is super strong I might have to take him on or else he is going to wipe out the horde of monsters I spent so much efforts gathering in a small amount of time's
The wolf demon thought as it got up from it previous sitting position
' am afraid am gonna be your opponent or else you would slay all my minions'
The wolf demon said to sabre gazing at him with cold eyes while sabre face also turned cold as he replied the demon bloodthirsty already
' fine, you will be the first demon to die in my hands then'
Sabre murderous intent was filled to the brim he was ready to fight to the death even the wolf demon was surprised inwardly by sabre will to kill it.
The wolf demon didn't reply sabre anymore and went on all fours baring it fangs at sabre as it launched at him with a rocketing speed his claws dangerously missing sabre head by an inch due to sabre timely reaction of leaning back
' Not so fast little demon's
Sabre teased as he got into a fighting stance also, he was not a newbie in fist fight he had learnt taekwondo and had even participated in a competition and won, he could be called one of the best fighters in the whole university.
He held the katana in front of him and the wolf demon kicked off running in a strange footwork style that sabre had never seen before and attacked him from the side and flanks in a bid to inflict wounds on him although not serious when accumulated sabre would be a live corpse but sabre was exceptional in his own way he had managed to block off each and every attack of the old demon and tried to counter attack but the wolf demon was not an amateur so it didn't let itself get exposed for a counter, they went back to back for a while before they both changed stances and attacking style in order to defeat their opponents.
As the wolf demon charged forward it slashed it's claws mid air at sabre and a wave of his claws flied out at breathtaking speed but sabre reacted well using the sword skill as he took a better stance and urged his mana into the sword putting in a considerable amount
' CRESCENT MOON SLASH'
sabre screamed as a cross of energy shattered the claws immediately and continued forward toward the wolf demon the demon howled and released an energy blast at the slash destroying it into crumbs of energy but sabre had expected this and cashed in on this opportunity, he strikes at a vital part of the wolf demon when he was the most vulnerable which was now. The demon shrieked in pain but held on to sabre tightly and dug his nails into sabre chest aiming at his heart sabre managed to shift his body lightly avoiding a strike to the heart but he still got a fatal wound as soon as the claws pierced his body he screamed in pain, the wolf demon claws were poisonous added to their very sharp nature, blood leaked out of the wound almost endlessly.
Gritting his teeth as he bit his lips to withstand the pain he held his sword high up in the air and thrusted it at the demon heart, the sound of metal clashing against each other resounded as the demon had used it claws to block his heart, the demon shivered in fear as he felt the sword slowly going through his claws
' Although your claws are very resilient, this sword is one that is capable of piercing anything below level 40 so unless your claws resiliency has passed such a level, your struggle is futile'
Sabre stated as he added all the strength he add in helping the sword pierce the claw, the wolf demon realized it was about to be erased from existence and started to scream frantically
' don't you dare kill me, if you do more of my kind will come searching for you and they will all be stronger than me, you won't be able to live long if you kill me'
' they will be stronger and I also would after killing you so I can just kill the next demon they sent so u see I have nothing to be scared of'
Sabre laughed as he felt the sword break through the resistance of the demons as pierced it heart,
