Natasha still looked puzzled, but Cindy's eyes sparkled with excitement. "A storage space! Brother, that's amazing! So you really have that cheat skill too! You're like a walking warehouse!"
Unlike Cindy, Isabel and Natasha were unfamiliar with the concept. Jaxon explained it slowly, showing them how it worked.
"Well," Natasha said after a pause, "it's not that strange. Since you already have that absurd system, having another absurd skill… I guess it fits. Yeah, that's right." Her mind was still processing the idea, trying to grasp how something so magical could exist in reality.
Jaxon chuckled at her reaction. Then he looked at Cindy and smiled. Now that he thought about it, when they were younger, Cindy always followed him around, curious about everything he did. His habit of reading novels must have influenced her to read fantasy novels as well. That's why she knew about systems and such, she was familiar with the tropes and conventions of the genre.
