Did that mean anything they said or did in the Human Realm would be known clearly by the God of the Bible?!
Worse, why had they never noticed the God of the Bible's Divine Sense being this powerful before?
Or had His strength increased during the thousand years of absence?
Thus, some factions originally planning petty schemes abandoned the idea after Rosen's inadvertent display of might.
Who knew whether the God of the Bible might overhear their discussions?
In truth, Rosen had no leisure to eavesdrop on anyone.
While diffusing his Divine Sense worldwide, he was searching for traces of the Infinite Dragon God Ophis.
By the current plot progression, the Trouble Group had likely been founded for some time.
And its membership was already considerable.
After all, in the original story, following the Kokabiel assault incident the heads of the Three Factions held a peace conference at Kuoh Academy.
During that plot, the Trouble Group mobilized en masse, led by the Old Demon King Faction, to slay the three leaders.
However, every member of the Trouble Group overestimated their own strength, thinking the power Ophis granted would let them triumph over all.
Tragic reality showed them that when the gap is too vast, even a sliver of Ophis's power could not bridge the chasm.
Rosen continued to search for the Infinite Dragon God Ophis.
Normally, Ophis—who does not conceal her aura—should be easy to find.
Yet perhaps the Trouble Group had hidden her too well, for Rosen failed to locate her immediately.
Most likely some barrier blocked his search.
As the nominal leader of the Trouble Group, Ophis was in truth merely a "blood bag."
The Trouble Group sought her as their chief for two reasons.
First, to use the Infinite Dragon God's fame to attract more recruits.
Second, Ophis could split off her power for others to wield.
Though the duration was limited, it was still a huge and efficient boost.
Fortunately, the Trouble Group's method of hiding Ophis was anything but brilliant.
Although the headquarters' barrier was well concealed, Rosen still found a flaw.
The place where Ophis was "under house arrest" was not an Island Nation but a small country in southern Europe.
After confirming Ophis's location, Rosen beckoned to Rias. "Want to come with me to find Ophis?"
Rias hesitated, then stifled the urge to follow. "Forget it. I'd only serve as a camera if I went. I'll stay; I still have plenty to deal with."
"All right, I'll head over first."
Since Rias wasn't interested, Rosen didn't hesitate; he activated Spirit Steps and arrived at the manor where Ophis resided.
Although the Witches had layered dozens of defensive and sealing barriers around the Trouble Group's headquarters where Ophis lived, they posed no obstacle to Rosen.
Ignoring every barrier, Rosen found the Infinite Dragon God Ophis alone in a chair in the deepest room of the manor's Basement.
Though it was a Basement, the place was clean; someone clearly swept it regularly.
Rosen studied Ophis.
Ink-black hair reached her waist, purple ribbons threaded through the strands that swayed when she turned. Her ash-gray eyes held innocence and ethereality, yet that tiny body contained the infinite mysteries born between dimensions.
The petite girl wore a black Gothic Lolita Dress trimmed with purple lace at hem and collar.
Her exposed skin was snow-white and jade-smooth.
At first glance she seemed merely a cute, innocent young girl.
Yet Rosen could easily sense the immense power within that delicate frame.
Still below his own, but by this world's Rank the Infinite Dragon God Ophis was essentially a bug.
Rosen, a transmigrator, wouldn't stay here forever; Ophis, however, faced no such limits on her strength.
Even if every army on Earth banded together, they couldn't defeat her.
Fortunately, Ophis wasn't the trouble-making sort; otherwise the world would have collapsed long ago.
