When the train pulled into a midway stop, a commotion rose at the carriage door.
Several big men in black suits and sunglasses escorted a woman aboard.
The woman wore a tight black slit gown that perfectly traced her lithe yet powerful curves; her short dark-green hair lent her both crispness and allure.
Her expression was aloof as her sharp gaze swept the carriage.
"Blizzard Group on business. Clear the way, all unrelated people!" the leader barked, driving passengers aside.
The passengers, angry but intimidated, opened a path.
The woman's eyes quickly locked on the row where KING sat.
It was relatively spacious there, with good sightlines, and most importantly only KING by himself—quiet.
She walked straight over with graceful steps, the crisp, rhythmic tap of high heels on the floor.
At last she stopped beside KING's seat. A Blizzard Group member at her side took the hint and said, in a tone that left no room for refusal:
"Hey, get up. We've booked this seat."
Lin Mo slowly opened his eyes, took off one earbud, and looked up calmly at the speaker.
"Blizzard of Hell?"
Didn't expect to meet her here… Lin Mo felt no ripple within.
As for this woman, who is obsessed with forming factions and whose life's goal is to surpass her monstrous older sister "Tornado of Terror," he didn't exactly like her, but neither did he loathe her.
She was just someone living under her sister's huge shadow, clumsily struggling in her own way.

Seeing KING unresponsive, Fubuki's brows knit.

"And if I say no?"
His voice wasn't loud, yet carried a peculiar steadiness that seemed to freeze the noisy air at once.
The henchman, cowed by that look, suddenly didn't know what to say.
Surprise flickered in Fubuki's eyes; she hadn't expected someone to defy her to her face.
She scrutinized the man before her— the savage scar, the fathomless eyes, and the composure that seemed detached from all things.
Her intuition told her this man was not simple.
Fubuki waved a hand to stop her men from moving. She did not insist; instead she took the empty seat opposite KING.
Her people immediately occupied nearby seats, forming a ring that separated her and KING.
The air in the carriage turned subtly taut.
Fubuki would now and then cast an appraising look at KING; KING slipped his earbud back in, pulled his cap lower— as if nothing outside concerned him.
In that eerie calm the train started again, rolling toward the next station.
No one noticed that, behind the lavatory door at the carriage junction, a figure peeked out, eyes full of venom fixed on Fubuki, mouth twisting into a warped grin.
In his hand he clenched a remote with a blinking red light.
"Blizzard of Hell… You're the one who ruined everything I had! Today I'll have you—and this whole train—die with me! Hahaha!"
His low, mad laughter was drowned by the train's noise.
Suddenly a shrill announcement cut through every car.
"Attention passengers! Attention passengers!"
"A suspicious device resembling an explosive has been found in this train! Please stay calm, do not move about, and await staff instructions! Repeating—"
Before the announcement finished, the entire car exploded into panic.
"Explosives?!"
"Oh my god! What's happening?"
"I want off! Stop the train!"
Fear spread like plague. Passengers screamed and cried, pushing and shoving to get away from the danger.
Fubuki's face turned grim. She sprang up, unleashing powerful psychic force.
With a sharp shout, an invisible field rippled out, steadying the chaos around her a little.
"I'm the B-Class hero 'Blizzard of Hell'! Everyone stay where you are, do not move!" Her voice gave hope to the terrified crowd.
Her psychic sense swept the car quickly, and she locked onto the target.
"In Car No. 7, on the luggage rack!" she ordered her subordinates at once. "You go evacuate people. I'll handle that thing!"
"Yes, Lady Fubuki!"
Just then, a taunting voice came again through the train PA.
"As expected of B-Class No. 1—found it that fast. But you think I'd let you disarm it?"
"The bomb's trigger is linked to my heartbeat. If I want, I can detonate anytime."
"And I've prepared a little game: in three different places on the train I set three auxiliary triggers. You must disarm them all within fifteen minutes, or else—boom!"
"Who are you? What do you want?" Fubuki shouted into a speaker.
"Who am I? I'm a poor sap whose life you destroyed! My organization, my efforts— all crushed by your 'Blizzard Group' without mercy!"
"Now I only want you dead! Of course, a whole train of people to be buried with you—quite a grand funeral! Hahaha!"
Fubuki's expression turned awful.
She remembered: some time ago she had led a team to wipe out a small tech extortion gang.
She hadn't expected a fish to slip the net— let alone one who'd take such an extreme revenge.
Fifteen minutes, three bombs, and a main trigger tied to an unseen foe.
It was an almost unsolvable dead end!
As everyone sank into despair, the man who had sat still the whole time—KING— finally opened his eyes again.
He slowly removed his earbud; his brows knit, as if the sudden noise was an annoyance.
His calm gaze swept the panicked crowd and landed on the grim-faced Fubuki.
"Locations," he said, low.
Fubuki noticed his anomaly.
While all others were panicking, only he stayed composed.
Such calm was not something ordinary people possessed.
