Before Lu Yang's voice had even faded, [Boundless Dao] had already activated preemptively, cutting off all of the Old Dragon Lord's retreat paths and making it difficult for his figure to maneuver.
The next second, a sharp dragon roar resounded with a boom:
"ROARRR!!!"
The Old Dragon Lord opened his lips, revealing a mouthful of sharp fangs. The slit climbed all the way to the end of his cheeks. The bloody maw snapped shut, clamping down toward Lu Yang.
[Heaven and Earth in Harmony—Forged Dragon Fangs]!
This dao art had been refined by the Old Dragon Lord before the Grotto-Heaven Method appeared in the world. Although he had refined until the Middle Ultimate Precept, he had stopped there, unable to advance an inch further.
If not for this limitation, given his age and the use of his own dragon teeth for refining, he should have cultivated this dao art to the perfection of the Heavenly Immortal Great Precept no matter what. At that time, the power of the dao art could even be used as a general Dao Fruit wonder, enough to make his combat power climb a level out of thin air.
Unfortunately, a difference of one step was often the difference between heaven and earth.
Although [Heaven and Earth in Harmony—Forged Dragon Fangs] with only the Middle Ultimate Precept was still powerful, facing the current Lu Yang, it was somewhat inadequate.
Boom!
In an instant, hearing an explosion, Lu Yang supported the sky with his left hand and covered the earth with his right hand, forcibly jamming this bloody maw at the moment it was about to close!
Immediately after, Jade Maiden beside Lu Yang let out a long howl. Under the enhancement of Lu Yang's spiritual power, she disintegrated with a boom, turning into a boundless sea of insects. Then, following the jammed bloody maw and carrying deafening chirps, they poured into the Old Dragon Lord's body in a rush!
"AHHH!!"
Seeing this scene, the Old Dragon Lord's expression changed slightly. He knew the power of the Qi-Eating Insects. Naturally, he wouldn't be arrogant at this moment and immediately withdrew the dao art.
The next second, the bloody maw disappeared.
The Old Dragon Lord took a step back, puffed up his cheeks, then exhaled and sprayed heavily, spitting out the Qi-Eating Insects that had just poured into his body exactly as they were.
However, even so, his face turned livid.
[Sever All Evil]!
The sea of Qi-Eating Insects was just a petty trick; the truly powerful thing was the talent that could cooperate with it. In just a split second, ten layers of Severing Marks had already been stacked!
Not good!
The Old Dragon Lord had suffered a loss once, so naturally, he was prepared this time. He immediately covered his whole body with the wonder of [Vast Ocean Water], wanting to isolate Lu Yang's curse.
However, how could a talent created by the [Book of a Hundred Lifetimes] miss?
[Judgment: You exceeded the target in the field of Spiritual Power. The opponent fell into a weakened state.]
Just as the Old Dragon Lord's aura fell, a golden light also rose in Lu Yang's palm, shining into the Old Dragon Lord's pupils like a startled swan passing a crevice.
Pfft!
Thunder light struck the face, shattering half of the Old Dragon Lord's face on the spot. Blood flowed freely, making his old face instantly become incomparably hideous and fierce.
In a flash, a patch of azure illusion had already spread out. Wherever it passed, space became viscous, as if infinite mountains were pressing down, causing one to feel as though they had suddenly fallen from land to the bottom of the ocean. Then a soft whisper echoed leisurely between heaven and earth.
"Come, throw yourself into mother's embrace..."
"All things in heaven and earth, born with spirit."
"I want you to bear a child for me..."
The whisper was like a demonic sound piercing the ears. Even closing the ear apertures and sealing the Sea of Consciousness couldn't stop it at all. It also caused Lu Yang's original movement to stop on the spot.
Almost simultaneously, the thunder light on his body, the spiritual power aura emitted outside, the clothes on his body, and the surrounding Qi-Eating Insects all underwent changes. In an instant, countless consciousnesses emerged. Every consciousness was calling "mother," and then showed strong malice toward him!
"You want to kill mother? You want to harm mother!"
"You're a bad person!"
The immature newborn consciousnesses were completely loyal to the Old Dragon Lord. Even this wonder of birthing consciousness was still spreading toward his body—going deeper and deeper.
What was weirder was—this wasn't an injury!
Strictly speaking, this was even an enhancement, a benefit, because spirituality was originally a gift from heaven and earth... So it couldn't be transferred out as an injury either.
"What a wonder!"
Lu Yang laughed loudly, formed a hand seal. A point of candlelight appeared suddenly, then in the blink of an eye turned into bright firelight sweeping inside and outside his body.
[Holding Candle]!
The [Overturned Lamp Flame] wonder, seeing into the nether and examining the detail. Under the illumination of firelight, Lu Yang soon saw the colorless spirituality permeating his body.
Immediately, he changed the hand seal. [Boundless Dao] gathered into a patch of yellow brilliance, falling between himself and the Old Dragon Lord, forming a road connecting the two. However, the next second, the brilliance shattered, and the road was cut off, severing the connection between the Old Dragon Lord and himself.
Boom!
As the road was cut off, the influence of [Foundation of Heaven and Earth] originally acting on Lu Yang immediately decayed, turning into nothingness and isolated by him.
Damn [Great Relay Earth]!
Seeing this, the Old Dragon Lord's eye twitched slightly: Whenroad opens, no obstacles; when road closes, ten thousand techniques could not touch... If it were only this, it would be fine.
The key was stature.
The opponent had four elements complete. In terms of stature, he was actually similar to him who possessed a Supreme Dao Fruit. Only then could the effect of [Boundless Dao] be utilized to the extreme!
Otherwise, if it were the Dao Court Grand Tutor here, he would have been beaten into calling "Mother" long ago!
Could it be Heaven really wants to destroy my Dragon Race...
For a time, sorrow rose from the Old Dragon Lord's heart, and anger grew from his guts. However, the approaching Lu Yang made his gaze fierce as he finally forcing a decision.
...Fine, fine.
Even if I can only give birth to one a year from now on, I accept it!
The next second, the Old Dragon Lord raised his head abruptly. The injury caused by Lu Yang just now had disappeared. Endless dao marks brilliance suddenly surfaced in a pair of dragon pupils.
Almost simultaneously, Lu Yang discovered that [Boundless Dao], which was originally protecting his body, was smashed through by an abundant and unmatched mighty power vast as the ocean, directly locking onto his Dharma Body. Immediately after, he saw his lower abdomen swelling uncontrollably, almost bursting the belly skin!
I... the incense incarnation is pregnant!?
Lu Yang was dumbfounded. The only thought in his heart was fortunately I was cautious and didn't come with my true body. Otherwise, a lifetime of reputation would be ruined in a day...
However, the next second, intense abdominal pain interrupted his thinking.
[Foundation of Heaven and Earth]!
At this moment, the Old Dragon Lord had urged this Dao Fruit wonder to the extreme, abandoning the resistance of countless years and thoroughly embracing [Vast Ocean Water]!
Looking at the Old Dragon Lord again, Lu Yang saw his originally burly body gradually becoming graceful and curvy...
Lu Yang's eye twitched violently.
The moment the Old Dragon Lord abandoned his primary gender, his utilization of [Vast Ocean Water] finally broke through a certain barrier, brazenly climbing to the peak!
Dao Fruit Wonder Sublimation!
This is the ritual of [Vast Ocean Water]? Refining oneself to the point of changing gender? What kind of trash Dao Fruit is this... No wonder it was demoted from Supreme status back then!
Lu Yang cursed loudly in his heart.
But even so, his response remained calm and composed. With a thought, a golden brilliance slowly rippled out from his body.
[Gaining Momentum]!
This was the Nurturing Wonder of [Placer Gold in Sand], originally unsuited for combat. Yet at this moment, the pregnant Lu Yang was perfectly compatible with this Wonder.
In the next instant, Lu Yang sliced open his own abdomen, drew out an infant, and casually tossed it to the ground. Before his eyes, it grew into an adult in the blink of an eye, ultimately transforming into a new incense incarnation. Astonishingly, by relying on the Nurturing Wonder of [Placer Gold in Sand], he forcibly seized control of the child while it was still in gestation.
But this control was only temporary.
After all, this child had been nurtured by [Vast Ocean Water]. In the end, it would inevitably return to the control of [Vast Ocean Water]. Lu Yang had merely wrested authority over it for the time being.
"Kill yourself."
Lu Yang showed not the slightest mercy toward his own "child," striking him into flying ash with a single palm. Almost at the same moment, his own face turned deathly pale.
Although he had interrupted the gestation in time—using a premature birth to avoid being directly drained of all his essence, qi, and spirit by the "child"—the act of giving birth still inflicted tremendous depletion upon this incense incarnation. His originally perfect spiritual power fell to sixty percent. His qi and blood, along with his wonders, also declined to varying degrees.
"You can stop me once; but can you stop me a second time?"
The Old Dragon Lord gritted his teeth. "I even gave up the future of the True Dragon Race as the price. Today no matter what, you must bear a child for me!"
At this moment, the Old Dragon Lord had completely finished the transformation.
The originally old voice turned into a slightly husky, smoky mature female voice. Water-blue long hair draped down, revealing a face capable of toppling countries and cities.
Old... Old Dragon Mother!?
