Harley Rein knelt in front of Levi, holding Levi's hand, and looked at Levi worriedly with her red eyes that were crying.
Nodding slightly, Levi looked into those blue eyes as clear as the sky and answered.
"Okay, okay! Wait for me! I'll get you some bread!"
After saying that, he ran out the door like crazy.
Levi looked at the other person's disappearing back, then looked at his mother lying on the bed. He didn't believe that Harley Rhine would come back. They were just strangers, and she had no reason to find food for herself.
She ran to the man's door in one breath and knocked on the door while crying.
"Please! Open the door! Give me some bread! Please!"
Harley Rhine knocked hard on the other person's door, and soon the door was opened from the inside. The man looked at Harley Rhine in surprise, not understanding what was going on.

The man nodded and turned back to get some water. When he came out, he was holding a small sealed clay pot in his hand.
"Thank you, uncle! Thank you, uncle!" Harley Rhine kept bowing to the man to thank him for his generosity.
She didn't dare to delay at all and ran back in a hurry.
The man watched her disappearing figure, feeling quite puzzled. This child hadn't cried or made a fuss, showing no emotion, since arriving at the underground shopping mall. He had never seen her behave so strangely in all that time. He wanted to know what had happened.
The man turned around, locked the door, and followed Harley Rhine before she completely disappeared.
Harley Rein ran back at a faster speed than when she came, and when she returned, she saw Levi staring blankly at the door.
