In his story, which took place in Kagutsuchi near the dam across the Pansy River, they explained in detail their sighting of what they believed was a school of fishes. It was around 1 in the morning when the OP went out to explore the dam. They hadn't planned on roaming around, but they was late returning from work. With no taxi in sight, they had no option but to walk on foot.
