Kaoru skimmed through the details and tapped on the Lottery Shop.

Lottery Shop Description:

Bronze: Common, low-tier items. Worthless for combat strength, but can be purchased for 10 Spirit Points.

Silver: Miscellaneous collection—may or may not help improve strength. Depends on luck.

Gold: Guaranteed to enhance strength by 100%, though the exact effect varies by luck.

Platinum: Strength increased by 100%, pushing the user to at least the level of a future Warlord or someone like Buggy.

Diamond: Increases power to the level of a future Yonko.

Purple Gold: The ultimate prize. Enables one to reach the world's absolute limit—punching the Five Elders and kicking Im wouldn't even be a problem.

"...Fuck!"

Kaoru suddenly cursed out loud, startling everyone aboard the Rocks Pirates' ship.

"What the hell's wrong with that brat? Why's he yelling like that all of a sudden?"

Newgate nearly dropped the rum in his hand, his massive frame stiffening from surprise.

Kaoru didn't care what anyone else thought. All he knew was — if he could just hold out for three more years, he'd be strong enough to punch the Five Elders and kick Im off their throne.

[Ding! The system has detected one available lottery draw. Would you like to proceed? Your first draw is guaranteed to be at least Gold level.]

"Draw."

Kaoru didn't hesitate. Since the first pull was guaranteed Gold, there was no harm in trying. If luck favored him, he might even land Platinum—or Diamond.

A massive roulette wheel appeared in front of him, its glowing sections spinning rapidly.Gold occupied 40%, Platinum 30%, Diamond 20%, and Purple Gold—the ultimate prize—just 10%.

The pointer began spinning faster and faster before slowing down gradually. Kaoru's heart pounded as the arrow hovered between Purple Gold and Gold.

"Come on… can I punch the Five Elders and kick Im today?"

The pointer slowed even more—then, by the tiniest fraction, landed on Gold.

"NOOOO!" Kaoru screamed in anguish.

Outside, on the deck, crash!

A freshly opened bottle of rum slipped from Newgate's hand, shattering against the planks. He twitched his mouth. "Every damn time that kid yells, something goes wrong."

Back inside Kaoru's cabin, the roulette wheel gleamed with golden light. A massive black mace materialized before him.

[Ding! Congratulations, Host! You've obtained the item "Thunder Mace."]

Kaoru's mouth twitched. "...Does this system seriously think Kaido's mace broke or something?"

He examined the weapon's description.

Thunder Mace: Forged from a rare, lightning-conductive metal. The hardest material in the entire world of pirates. No known force can break it.

For a fleeting moment, Kaoru considered testing his lightning against it—two system-born powers colliding. But he quickly suppressed the urge.

Meanwhile, at Marine Headquarters...

"The Rocks Pirates are heading toward God Valley. Notify Garp immediately. He's the closest to their route. He must stop Rocks at all costs."

"We cannot allow Rocks to harm the Celestial Dragons residing in God Valley."

Fleet Admiral Kong's tone was grim as he handed the report to Sengoku.

God Valley was a sanctuary—where Celestial Dragons went to bear their children. Though Mariejois was more secure, the number of dying slaves there unsettled many nobles. Fearing ill omens for their unborn children, they established God Valley as their private birthing haven.

"I understand, Fleet Admiral Kong. I'll contact Garp right away."

Sengoku nodded sharply and left the office.

On Garp's warship, he was currently pursuing Gol D. Roger's crew.

"Hahahahaha! Roger! Just surrender already—I won't let you escape this time!"

"Vice Admiral Garp, incoming call!" a marine shouted, holding out a Den Den Mushi.

It was Sengoku's personal line—only used in critical emergencies.

Garp picked it up. "What's wrong, Sengoku?"

He secretly hoped it was just a connection error to his regular line… but luck wasn't on his side.

"Garp, listen up. We have a serious situation."

The Den Den Mushi transformed into Sengoku's likeness, its face stern.

"Rocks and his crew are sailing straight for God Valley. The Fleet Admiral believes their target is the Celestial Dragons. You're the nearest, so you must intercept them. Stop Rocks by any means necessary. If possible, cooperate with Roger's crew—they won't ignore this, either."

"Tch. You actually want me to protect those Celestial Dragon bastards?" Garp muttered, curling his lip in disgust.

"I know you hate them," Sengoku replied, "but this time, you have to go. If Rocks kills even one Celestial Dragon, the world will erupt in chaos. The oppressed nations will rise up, and the World Government will crumble."

"…I get it."

Garp hung up. He knew Sengoku was right. If Rocks succeeded, every Celestial Dragon would become a walking target.

"Full speed ahead!" he barked. "We're heading toward Roger's ship!"

He couldn't stop Rocks alone—and Sengoku had given him permission to cooperate.

"Captain, Garp's speeding up," Jabba, one of Roger's trusted men, reported. "Should we match his pace?"

Roger laughed, leaning against the railing. "No need. If Garp wants a fight, then let him see the true might of the Roger Pirates!"

He turned to his crew. "Prepare for battle!"

"Hahahahahaha! Roger, no need to be so hostile!"

Garp's booming laughter echoed as his warship pulled alongside the Oro Jackson.

"Don't be ridiculous, Garp! I'm a pirate. Should I greet the Navy with a smile?" Roger smirked, resting his foot on the railing.

"Relax, Roger. I'm not here to fight this time," Garp said casually, munching on a piece of senbei.

"You expect me to believe that? Marines and pirates don't just talk," Roger replied warily.

Garp waved a hand at his adjutant, Bogart, who stepped forward and explained the situation—Rocks' movement toward God Valley and the danger it posed.

Roger frowned thoughtfully. "So that's what's happening… Fine. I'll help. I can't just sit back and watch the world burn."

His crew agreed without hesitation. Wherever Roger went, they followed.

"Change course!" Roger shouted. "We're heading to God Valley!"

"Ohhh!!!"

And with that, the Roger Pirates and Garp's fleet sailed together toward destiny—toward the Battle of God Valley.
