Dread turns to fury. The monsters Aura warps along side it's shape. Limbs pull into its rotted surface as its maw clamps shut sealing it's reduced tendrils inside. For a bref moment I'm confused, why would a 8 foot tall sphereical creature make it's self into a sitting duck.
RUMMBLE
It starts rolling… Slowly picking up speed. Stepping aside out of the way is easy. But it doesn't slam into the wall, instead it turns just enough to begin roll around me in circles.
Wasn't it blind? Given that I now have time I skink my focus into my wepon, relying on its instruction to move me aside so I don't get crushed while I'm distracted.
Now how do I bind electricity? With my club full of my astral mass I can almost see it's inner workings. Most of it is just useless bone, but spreading throughout the item I can feel tiny sharp angular groves. These eagerly pull in Force form all along the clubs surface. It's not much though. Maybe a percente of Force is collected by Glutton every hour. Which as my attention drifts to the wepons center, ware the two cores first met within the wepons confines I'm surprised to find my center!
No not my center, but Gluttons center. Though rather than a core forming I see a six limbed kitten with a stubby tail and a lance like horn growing from its head.
This version of my wepon is incredibly vigilant but only pays my viewing of it a glance as they are keeping track of the monster. Curiously this Spiritual representation of my wepon is constantly outputting a small amount of electricity from the Force its constantly pulling in. Feeding the Spirit more Force increases the output, but not all the generated electricity leaves the club. Some is fed back into the wepons center before finding a different path outward. Tracking along the channels within the wepon I begin Binding Astral mass at certain junctions, cutting off exits so everything will start feeding back into its self. Once I've bound three junctions that lead outward I feed the spirit more Force and watch curiously at what happens.
It burns! But it works. Electricity flows from the wepons center, into the circuits before getting stuck at the junctions and reverse flowing backwards along a different circuit twords the center again. Eagerly I start plugging more junctions and trying to bind the electricity in place so it stops scorching my spirit. I only pull my attention back out of the wepon as Glutton sends me a rather mixed feeling of joy at being bathed in power, and fear of something.
Waking up mid doge is tariffing. Suddenly having to doge again is even worse! Some how the monsterus sphere has gone from a leisurely roll to catastrophic bull rush in under 5 minutes. Every doge is a close call that strains my ligaments, and threatens to leave me off balance.
Was the monster just pretending to be blind? No. The floor has been stealthy recovered with a thin almost transparent sheet of sinue! It's already moved back to corrupting the floor! Wose the sheet is visibly thicker ware the monster has been repeatedly rolling.
I grit my teeth as i glance at my wepon. Time i need time. Turning to the door… i doge. Barely avoiding getting steam rolled. I don't want to run. Bind it. How. With what material. Trick it into hitting the wall? No I can already see the sheet covering the walls. I need something anything. Shit!
I trip mode doge.

"Stupid, stupid, stupid, the exit is sealed. Probably utile that, thing is dead. Can Fragment even kill it? It's twice his size and probably twelve times heavier!"
I sit panting against the invisible wall covering the entrance to the third floor. I just want to live again. "Is that so wrong. To want to return to my old life. To be treated as the noble woman I was born to be? Not stuck inside this awful hospital being feeding of scraps, and getting tortured. I miss my bed."
Leaning back against the barrier I almost don't notice as something approaches me from behind.
But i would have died long before getting admitted to this hospital or the world get transformed, if I wasn't naturally attentive. Spinning around and sliding backwards I see what I ran from over a week ago. A skeleton wrapped in hair thin silver roots that glint in the stair wells low light.
"False princesses born to torture the Pillar of Rebirth, the Mother would like to make a deal."
Despite its dreadful presence being muted by the invisible barrier I still don't feel safe. A fact that's proven as vines began growing under the barrier and rapidly spreading across the ashy floor. Reaching for me.
"W-what do you ha-have to offer, and what will it cost me?" Silently I curse myself, for the deeply ingrained lessons of my family. Even still my face straitens. I'm definitely not a soldier, but getting a good deal? That I can do.

SLAM!
An invisible wall suddenly appears before me and shatters as the monster slams Into it arresting what momentum it had.
"What are you laying around for Fragment! Get up and kill it!" Ghost shouts at me from the doorway.
I glance at my club, lighting crackles beneath the surface." I need a few more minutes!"
"I can do…that one more time before I need to rest! That's all you'll get!"
Swallowing gratefully I stand back up as the monster once more unfurls and begins whipping at me. It's tendrils having mostly regenerated to their full length. A game of dogeing commences except this time I'm stalling while it tries to entangle and eat me. Every moment bought is another volte added to a building cascade. And the monster knows something is wrong. Somehow it recognizes I'm planning a trick, perhaps I'm just paranoid or I'm predictable. As I pary and doge it never lets me retreat further than 5 feet away now.
Perhaps i can use that? Glutton purrs in agreement, only a fool dives into a storm and expects not to get struck. Slowly backpedaling way twords the thinnest part of the flesh sheet ware hopefully it's vision is worse. From thier I stat making bigger sloppier steps, exaggerating my exhaustion. Hoping that it's smart enough to take the bait, but dumb enough to not recognize my trap.
"Come on, come on, just. LUNGE!"
My left foot falls unbound onto the floor signaling that I've fallen. The monster lunges forward, tendrils out stretched into a net. Maw gaping open wider then it's own circumference. Its going to eat me, I'm dead.
Slaming my bare left ankle into the ground I step forward! Ripping my core to sunders, I flood the carvings rock with force and Cleave myself a path into its maw! "GHOST lock it's jaw open!" I step into its mouth without hesitation. she saved me once she'll do it again, for her self if nothing else.
There within the monsters gulet sit a boneless vaguely human lump that pulsates as a heart would. Hefting Glutton high I thank my small stature and the monsters large size as I unleashing every thing into the heart. Praying it'll be enough to burn away this corruption.
