After Leon spoke, the lead Saurian approaching them suddenly collapsed to the ground dead as a golden beam of light descended from above like a massive spear, piercing through the heart of the beast.
Patches of golden light appeared high in the air, and a second later, more beams followed. They slammed into nine more Saurians in the same manner, pinning them to the earth.
Leon then quickly planted his halberd on the ground beside him, and it shimmered and shifted into Uriel, who held a large bow made of gold. She had no blindfold on and was wearing a golden armor similar to that of her bearer, except hers was more elegant and form-fitting.
Hanging across her back was a large golden quiver filled with golden arrows. Using one hand, she tucked a stray strand of her silver hair behind her ear, then reached out and nocked an arrow onto the golden string, pulling it back in one fluid motion to aim.
