Luna was heading towards the door. She felt heavy as her body was weak. She wanted to tell Hesper that she is pregnant with their child.
"Kean Hesper, you're a father now." She keeps on practicing in her mind. She felt like she won victory with him. Her efforts and love turned so beautiful ending.
She opened the door silently.
"I want to get my inheritance. I bet she's useful than I thought after all." Hesper chuckled.
" How long have you been waiting for your child?" The woman was wearing her office clothes. She went in front of him, and dared to kiss him, but he chose not to do it.
"Three months. I'm waiting for the good news today, and I will get what I want."
Luna wanted to cry, but her hands were trembling. She walked backwards and left. All of her dreams didn't go well. Her efforts and love for him were shattered. Her heart was in the breaking point. She ran away, but she collapsed, and everything went black.
After a long night, as she opened her eyes, her body was numbed. She saw her husband waiting for her to speak. She saw him smiled at her for the first time, and her mood became dark. She was awake, and panicked at where she was.
"Where am I?" She roamed her eyes around her. Her hands trembled as she slowly put her hand on her belly.
"My lovely wife, we have our child." He gave her soft kisses on her forehead, but she had no reaction.
She wanted to push him away but she couldn't. Her body was too weak to handle her emotions. She passed out again.
The next day, she was awake. She never said anything to the doctors and nurses. She regained her strength after a heavy breakfast. She purposely did it last night to deceive him. She wanted to leave him after being hospitalized but she made up her mind to leave him tonight.
"I don't want our child to receive the same fate with me. I don't want our child to suffer from your negligence. I won't let it happen." She cried and sobbed. Her lips were shaking, and her eyes were wet with tears.
"I don't want our child to be your pawn." She removed all the devices on her body and went through pain by walking herself down fhe hospital building.
"This is my life chance to get back at myself." She ran away from that place. She threw her cellphone, and she went back to her home.
"You're back, Luna!" Her brother, Liam was surprised. He dashed to her, and caught her because she collapsed. "What happened to you? Help! Quick!"
Her eyes were swollen, and her body was thin and weak. She managed her half body to make herself sat on her bed.
"Luna!" Her father was worried about her. "My princess!"
"She's not a family after all." Her sister, Denise wasn't happy because she's back. "She eloped with a man, and now she's pregnant?"
Denise was grumpy, but caring to her sister. She wanted her to realize what happened.
"Yes, I know. I regret it. I want to live, and my baby." She cried a lot, and her father would comfort her.
Liam was preparing Luna's food. He wanted her back to their family for a long time ago. He was happy today that she came back.
"Luna! I miss you!" He gave her a hug. "Here's your dinner tonight."
"Thank you, Liam."
" It's love that waits you here and patience is a must. The important thing is that you have to recover quickly." He smiled at her. In that way, she felt relieved for a while.
