"I'll come by tomorrow ma." I said brushing my hair as I walk through the doors leading to the tunnel.
"Alright baby your cousin's there remember to give her a ride home."
"Yes ma'am" I said walking further into the hall when I heard a baby calling "Daddy!" Giggling away... "Soon baby. Can you leave" A soft but firm voice came.
That voice! I'd know that voice anywhere, it's her, Diana "Mama I'll have to call you back." I said "Ok be safe bye"
"Bye."
"Is something wrong here?" I asked walking further into the light.
Taking in her frozen figure I smiled slightly before taking a look the blabbering baby. Just one look and the first thought that came to mind was 'Fuck she looks just like me'
Looking up at the dude I played not long ago "Problem?" I asked again.
"Nope" he said backing up casting a feint glance at Dia before leaving.
"We meet again Ms Dia." I said as she turned to face me.
"Um hi." She said cheeks turning pink.
"How have you been?" I asked not taking my eyes of the baby.
"Good. You?" Still speaking sparingly I see.
"Good, thinking about you ever so often" I said lowering my voice.
"Is that so?" She asked turning her head away.
"Yes ma'am. What's her name?" I asked cautiously.
"Amira" She Whispered "and surname?" I pressed.
Looking up at me she went quiet as if debating whether or not she should say.
"Myles." A mosquito like whisper came
"Really? So she's mine?" I ask as I watch her trying to shrink back as she nod.
"Can I hold her?" I asked to which she nodded.
Taking a hold of the soft milky baby I teased her "hi baby". I smiled down at the small child.
Hearing them getting loud in the locker room I knew they'll be leaving anytime soon.
"Mind giving me your number?" I asked praying to good she would be cool with it.
Seeing her nod I handed her my phone.
"Here." She said hicking the baby's bag further up her shoulders.
I was somewhat surprised when I first saw them but I'm good now. I just feel like shit knowing I got her pregnant and her giving birth with me not knowing. 'Shit no more casual hook ups for me' I thought looking at my daughter.
"Uh... I'm sorry you had to go through that alone."
"It's fine I really don't blame you, I couldn't. We made that decision so we'll have to live with the consequences. Literally." She said laughing a little.
"I still feel bad though... daddy's sorry baby" I said leaving a kiss on her chubby cheek.

"Where's Tamia?" Campbell asked looking at Dia.
Rolling her eyes at him "Hello to you too... she should be in the parking lot."
"Drove here?" I asked looking at her after the team left.
"Hm" She hummed... nodding to the door she walked in front with Aliyah. Walking through the V.I.P parking lot she stopped at a White Jeep.
Setting the baby in the seat I secured the straps leaving a kiss on her cheek I backed up standing. Staring down at the mother of my child I smiled. "Seems we're now stuck." I said making her smile.
"So it seems." She hummed.
"So I'll talk to you later right?" I asked shaking my phone.
"I guess you will." Nodding I waved bye to the baby closing the door.
"Bye" I said watching her leave.
Turning around I'm met with Aliyah's twinkling eyes "Let's go." I laughed walking to my car.
"You really won't say?" She asked pouting.
"I know you're like obsessed with her how comes I never hear anything about a baby?" I asked
"I didn't know until tonight. She don't normally post about her personal life." She shrugged looking at me as we entered the car "So that's your baby?" She pressed looking hopeful
"Yes. I just found out." I said
"How?" She asked looking confused "Stay out grown folks business." I threw at her
"Tuh Auntie gon get you" She laughed shaking her head typing away at her phone.
After sending Aliyah home I went home myself taking a quick shower then I messaged Dia asking if she's home.
We talked a while before I let her go, looking at the pictures she sent me I chose two and sent them in the family group chat before going to bed.
Waking up to my phone going off I sat up before answering the call.
"Hello" I said without looking.
"Boy I know damn well- "Ma slow down. Let me explain" I said cutting her off
"No need... Aliyah already did. She sent a photo too saying that she's a model?"
"Yes ma'am. A well known one too." I said sighing
" I don't care what that girl is you better make it right. I didn't raise you like that.!!" She said hanging up.
