I've done it, I killed him. After all that happend I finally did it. It seems only a week ago, I, Holly Pikes, was a completely average girl who went to school like any other, but destiny? Well, destiny wanted something else.
A WEEK EARLIER:
"Holly!" Said Bill with excitement, Bill was Holly's childhood friend, they met in kindergarden when they were five and immediately connected, now they walk to school together everyday. "Yo! Billy boy!"
Returned Holly, (Bill doesn't like to be called Billy boy, and Holly knew that, they were in a middle of an argument: what's the rarest blood type, Bill says it's AB+, Holly thinks it's O-) Bill froze up and walked the other direction, even though it didn't matter since they just got to school and they're in different classes.
Holly entered the classroom and went to her seat, alone, in the back. While the teacher was blabbering on about Pythagoras, Holly got bored, so bored in fact, she doze off.
"Nuna!" Holly woke up in panic, and looked around for who screamed, "huh" said a stranger who just appeared out of thin air, "Who the hell are you?" She screamed, the stranger stood there for a second, like he's thinking of something, and then said "who would've thought I'd find you this early"
"What are you talking about?"
"Have you ever done a blood test?"
Holly thought to herself "what? A blood test? What is this guy on?"
"I'm not on anything, don't worry"
"Did you just read my mind!?"
"I did, well, I am a wizard after all"
"A wizard? Yeah right... Next you'll say I'm the chosen one" the wizard smirked, and ran towards Holly "What the fuck are you doing?" Said Holly, she tried to run but she couldn't, she was too scared. The wizard brought out a pocket knife, and skillfully cut her hand just so her blood would show "I knew it!" Exclaimed the wizard "you have what we call 'Golden blood' " Holly was a bit puzzled, she never heard anything about the 'golden blood' this guy was talking about "the only other person who had golden blood is a girl from Australia, she's the strongest witch who ever lived, well, until I found you" Holly just stood there, trying to process every thing that just happend.
"come on" Said the wizard and launched himself at her, it caught Holly by suprise, all of a sudden, the world around her started to swirl, and she found herself in an office, and a rather weird one with vines crawling around the walls.
In the office, there was a singular desk with an old and dusty computer,
Holly, that was shocked the last couple minutes, asked "Where are we?" "In the head witch office" said the wizard "is this yours?" "Oh no, I am just a scout, I am not even near the amount of power she has"
"Is the head wizard that girl from Australia you talked about? Umm... Mr. Scout?" The wizard chuckled "no, she's her successor, and my name is Gerald Norman, Geno for short" "well, Geno, why are we here?"
"To get you signed up of course" all of a sudden, a projection appeared from the old computer, the projection looked like a black armoured knight, with glowing white eyes, Holly was stunned after seeing it, it looked so real, and yet surreal at the same time, she wasn't usually scared by the unknown, but this thing was something else, and it sent shivers down her spine.
"Welcome, Holly Pikes" said the knight in a distorted voice, kinda of like the ones they put on people who want to stay anonymous on the news "I am the head witch of this side" "this side?" Asked Holly "you will learn about the sides of the magician's world in history class, it will be your first priority as a begginer witch" Holly stood there, shocked, "go on now" said the head witch, and clapped twice.
A row of yellow steps showed on the ground
"This will show you the way to all of your classes" Holly remembered the one thing she knows about magic, and said "don't I need a wand?" The head witch seemed insulted by the question, and looked at Holly as if she just cursed her entire bloodline "A wand!?" Screamed the head witch "don't give me that crap! A wand is just a stupid stick powerless idiots decide to wave!" Holly was scared not only by the response itself, but also the insane pressure it brought with it, although she didn't have any experience with magic, she could tell the head witch was so much stronger the Gero, simply by the sheer amount of pressure, "sorry" mumbled Holly, and quietly went to her history class before someone will decide to kill her.
Holly stood before a gigantic door made of wood, she tried to open it, and to her surprise, the door wasn't as heavy as she thought it would be, she entered the classroom, and looked around.
The class looked kind of like a small amphi, with a magical ceiling that looked like a clear blue sky, there were exactly 49 out of 50 students in the class, so it said on the wall, the text was red, and written in a digital watch's font.
Holly sat down in the only empty sit, next to two people who seemed to be really close friends. "Hey! I'm Noa Fischer" said the boy to her right, "to the left of you is Anna Gail, she's mute" Holly was surprised by the warmth from kids she just met, usually people didn't want to talk to her at all.
"Hi! I'm Holly Pikes, I'm very new to this magic stuff, I'm sure you know a lot more than I do, can you teach me about it?"
Just as Noa was about to respond, a distorted voice answered instead "that's what I'm here for, Ms. Pikes" Holly looked at the source of the voice and saw a white knight, with glowing black eyes, the opposite colour scheme from the head witch "I am Mrs. Whitaker, and I will be your history teacher for this semester"
