Chapter 1 - Okay, I'll send you on a journey later

Disclaimer: All characters in this story are over 18 years old.

On a bustling street somewhere on Earth, a young man strode across the road with the swagger of a champion entering the paddock. That was Lin Xiao—our protagonist. His gait screamed arrogance, like he'd already won the race before it began.

Suddenly, a massive truck barreled toward him, wild and untamed like a rogue racehorse. But Lin Xiao, sharp-eyed and lightning-fast, rolled forward with the grace of a seasoned sprinter, narrowly dodging the mechanical beast.

Next came a falling vase—origin unknown. He twisted and turned like a swallow in flight, dodging it with effortless finesse. Then, as if performing a mid-race pirouette, he leapt skyward, narrowly evading a steel fist that swung down like a judge's hammer.

Landing squarely atop the fist, he turned to face the towering Transformer behind him—a steel colossus roaring like a frustrated stallion. With a smirk, he flipped it the bird.

"Trying to transmigrate me again? Aren't you tired of this?" he muttered, clearly annoyed.

Another mechanical arm lunged from above, threatening to crush him like a hoof on turf. Lin Xiao sidestepped with a dancer's precision, then dashed into a nearby alley. The Transformer gave chase, its engines howling like a pack of revved-up racecars.

He vaulted off walls, zigzagging like a jockey dodging obstacles, then leapt onto the cockpit of the Transformer. His face pressed against the glass, startling the driver inside, who flailed backward and yanked the control lever by accident.

The Transformer toppled—right into a patch of wet cement. The outcome? Predictable.

Just as Lin Xiao turned to leave, something latched onto his ankle. He looked down to see the driver clinging to his leg, sobbing like a trainer who'd just lost their prized filly.

"Please, little brother! Just transmigrate! You're my only client this month. If I fail, I lose my salary!"

Lin Xiao kicked frantically, trying to shake him off.

"You've been chasing me for seven months! Give it up! What transmigration? Who knows if there's even a system? Even if there is, I'll probably end up as a pack mule. And what kind of world would I land in? I'm not desperate!"

The driver clung tighter, tears and snot soaking Lin Xiao's pants.

"There is a system! I swear! You can customize it! It'll be loyal, obedient, and tailored to your preferences. You choose the world, the perks, even the characters! You could build a harem! Just say the word!"

Lin Xiao paused, intrigued.

The driver, now trembling like a rookie before their first race, whipped out a holographic tablet and frantically scrolled through documents.

"You love Uma Musume, right? We've got an SSS-grade transmigration package just for that!"

- You can customize your cheat.

- Start with 50% favorability with all Uma Musume.

- Want to become a Racehorse Girl? We can arrange that too.

Then, in a hushed tone, he added:

"Last guy I sent? He's now the URA President. Tokai Teio on his left, Mejiro McQueen on his right. Living the dream."

Lin Xiao's heart skipped a beat.

"…Fine. Just for that, I'll transmigrate. I'm the classic protagonist template anyway. Worst case, I'll come back stronger. Let's go."

He turned to leave, then paused.

"How do I transmigrate?"

The driver stood up, grinning like a fox in the winner's circle.

"Just stand right there. I'll handle the rest."

Lin Xiao watched as the Transformer roared back to life. Before he could react—

CRUNCH.

He was flattened.

And just before everything went dark, he saw the driver's twisted, triumphant smile.
