After everything we had endured, from the moment Andre returned to my world, through the devastation of my father's rejection, Adelaide's imprisonment, the heartbreak of losing Erin and welcoming her precious daughter Julia into our lives, after all the suffering and recovery and transformation, today was finally our wedding day.
Julia had become the heart of our family. Mother doted on her as if she were her own flesh and blood. Father treasured her and constantly found ways to make her giggle. Gavin had appointed himself her fierce protector, taking his big brother duties incredibly seriously.
