Chapter 1: Lunaréthys, the Forgotten Flower of the Gods
Lunaréthys, an immortal flower of unearthly beauty, radiates an ethereal glow that seems to whisper secrets to the cosmos. Its delicate petals, an iridescent blend of moonlight and stardust, shimmer like the night sky, as if woven from the very fabric of dreams. Above the main flower, a ghostly duplicate floats, surrounded by a halo of sparkling stars that twinkle like diamonds scattered across the velvet expanse of space. This celestial flower is said to hold the essence of healing, purity, and peace, its gentle energy soothing the soul and restoring balance to the heart. As a symbol of Cosmic Balance, Lunaréthys is believed to connect the heavens and the earth, bridging the mortal realm with the infinite wisdom of the universe. Its otherworldly presence is a reminder of the divine comfort and serenity that lies beyond the veil of reality, waiting to be discovered by those who seek it.
This flower is the main ingredient for the Divine Wine of the Gods. A sip from it can grant humans some power, while soaking in it can grant immortal bones. This is the flower that can enhance divine powers and purify divine souls from pollution and inner demons.
But after the great war between Gods and Demons, the Gods fell, and the Demons vanished. Mortals became the rulers of the land, and a new cycle of life and power struggles began. As mortals evolved from having psychic abilities and semi-immortal bodies to becoming ordinary humans with high technology, a million years passed. As technology progressed and advanced, divinity and immortality seemed to be forgotten by time and became just a part of legends that people still debate whether they are real or just tales. While some information about Gods and divine things is still known, this flower seems to be completely forgotten and erased from any legends passed from generation to generation.
But no one knows that even though everything related to Gods now doesn't exist, this flower is the only thing that survived that brutal war. And in the darkest part of the universe, a tiny light is floating like a firefly in the darkest night, the only light in that lonely, gloomy place. Suddenly, a mecha passes by at the speed of light, and that tiny light is now nowhere to be seen.
...
"Did that cosmic beast escape?"
"Yes, it blended into the darkness. That beast is a master of stealth," the guy said, irritation etched on his face as he stepped out of his mecha. "My rage is peaking, so I'll just vent in the holographic world."
"You're gonna play a game right now? You need a female to calm you down," his friend suggested.
The red-haired guy scoffed. "Females are too high-maintenance. I won't waste my time coddling them."
His friend nodded in agreement. "You're too intense for most females, dude."
The guy's expression changed, and he said, "There's a new love sim launching today. You could try that."
"Not interested in virtual females."
He stormed off to his room, showered, and entered his holographic cabin. He logged into "Bloody Colosseum", a brutal battle game with realistic pain simulation. The game was a non-stop fight fest, and you could only log off by dying or clearing a level – killing all the beasts and monsters.
As he immersed himself in the game, a tiny light flickered to life in his hair. It hovered in the cabin, searching for an exit, but got sucked into the panel instead.
The tiny light was absorbed into the holographic world, triggering a transformation as it was encircled by a series of green codes. As Lunaréthys transforms, her petals unfold into delicate skin that shines like the moon. Her hair flows like a river of stardust, with silver and blue strands falling down her back like a beautiful waterfall. Her eyes glow with a soft light, shining like stars in the dark, filled with kindness and understanding.
Her slender body is wrapped in a flowing dress made from the night sky itself, with patterns of stars and constellations that sparkle as she moves. A gentle, glowing light surrounds her, showing her connection to the universe. Her presence reminds us of the beauty and wonder of the Gods, and her touch brings calm and peace to those she meets.
This female form is the true essence of Lunaréthys, shining with a special beauty and purity that fills us with wonder and respect.
Luna slowly opened her eyes, her body floating in the air as she was surrounded by green code moving rapidly around her. Her long, silver hair with streaks of light blue cascaded down to her knees, fluttering in the wind, with some strands sweeping across her forehead. Her eyelashes gently fluttered open and closed, like a butterfly's wings, revealing her silver-blue eyes, which seemed to hold a deep mystery.
Her bright red lips parted slightly as she took in her surroundings, shocked by the unfamiliar environment. She had been sleeping for what felt like an eternity, with periods of wakefulness spent in complete darkness. She had longed to escape that gloomy place, but her power was too weak to support her delicate form.
In reality, she was not a tiny light, but a flower enveloped in a warm, golden glow. Now, she was disoriented, unsure of how she had arrived at this new location. Yet, amidst the shock, she felt a thrill of excitement at the prospect of exploring this unfamiliar place. At last, she would be free from the darkness that had held her captive for so long. If she had remained there much longer, her power would have dwindled, and she would have ceased to exist.
As she gazed at the swirling green code, Luna reached out and touched the nearest strand, her curiosity getting the better of her.
After touching the green codes, Luna's mind was flooded with information. She was now in interstellar space, a million years after the great war between Gods and Demons. The environment had become harsh, and the Zerg attacks had decimated the female population. Now, there was a staggering one billion people per planet, and females were scarce. Only about a hundred thousand females remained in the galaxy, with just a few hundred possessing spiritual comfort abilities.
Ordinary people rarely encountered females, and even black web sites occasionally listed ordinary females without mental power. The focus had shifted to holographic games, previously centered on fighting and violence, but now a new game, "Love is Sweet", was set to launch, promising the closest experience to real females.
However, its creator had suffered a mental breakdown, transforming into a mindless beast. Such individuals were sent to the Dark Star, left to fend for themselves, with the hope of regaining rationality. Failure meant permanent exile or death.
