The Order of War. Hatchlings are strictly prohibited from being harmed in war or used as hostages. King on King combat is rare but other dragons may not intervene. The use of Mind Control is prohibited in war. Rising against Officer's in war enemy or kingdom member is NOT prohibited. The Slaying of Medics on duty is prohibited. Calling on Moodle is prohibited during territory war. Inter-clan or Kingdom War is frowned apon but is not prohibited. Unnecessary Cruelty during war is heavily frowned apon and is considered a Dragon Order Crime. Dragons under 18 are prohibited from fighting during war.
