My room was quiet, but sounds were filtering in. Everyone else was downstairs, laughing at their highest, talking about the funny events of the night.
Well, I was dull. I didn't find anything about the previous night funny. I crammed my bag with textbooks, bearing strange names of strange courses. The night had been too long. Too many events took place in one night. There was the dance, the violence, the Hyena, the gorgon, me stopping those people from being hurt further, the Fiérré, my first kiss, and then the whole Firenzo revenge thing.
I sat on my bed, my head in my hands. That was just too much. I didn't want to attend classes at all. How could these people have such an intense night, and never request that everyone should have a day off after the Mysia Welcome. Again, what sort of Welcome was that? It was definitely the worst kind of welcome ever.
