Probabilities-1:
You confess the truth that you broken the Vase by an "accidentally". But they didn't forgiven you even though it's an Accident. And they punish you by lightly by giving advice and cutting out an hour for playing.
Probabilities-2:
You confess the truth that you broken the Vase by an "accidentally". But they didn't forgiven you even though it's an Accident. And they punish you by beating you and make you to do the house chores in violent way.
And they Regret it for punishing you like that.
Or
They don't Regret it for punishing you like that, and think this is not even enough for you.
Probabilities-3:(If parent's are Psycho)
You confess the truth that you broken the Vase by an "accidentally". But they didn't forgiven you even though it's an Accident. And they punish you by ending your life.
And they Regret it.
Or
They don't Regret it for that, and think this is not even enough for you and think they could have torture you.

But while beating or sudden yelling you trip over some sharp object and get killed by Accident.
And they Regret it. And Live with Guilt rest of their life.
And Sometimes they get to intense depression to end themselves after the incident.

You confess the truth that you broken the Vase by an "accidentally". But they didn't forgiven you even though it's an Accident. And they punish you by yelling or beating with dark thought and end up killing.
And they Regret it. And Live with Guilt rest of their life.
Or
Frame it as an accident to cover up the truth.
