After orientation ended and everyone had settled down from the long day, Aisha clapped her hands suddenly and said,
"Before anyone goes home, let's check the school apartments. You people need to see how nice they are. My room is actually decent."
Daniel raised a brow.
"You live on campus? I thought you'd be off-campus like most people in our faculty."
Aisha scoffed.
"Please. Do you know how early I like to sleep? Traffic will not kill me before I collect this degree."
Alice laughed. "Fair point. Since none of us seem to be going home yet, lead the way."
Honestly, I wasn't planning on following them. I had already walked the entire school today and my legs felt like they were about to fall off, but Aisha pulled my hand before I could protest.
"You're coming," she said. "Don't say no. At least see the place."
I sighed quietly. "Fine."
