A soft breeze caressed Pramit's face, carrying with it the scent of wild grass and something faintly sweet — like flowers he couldn't name. Warm sunlight brushed his skin, gentle yet strange, and the distant rustle of leaves stirred him awake. Slowly, his eyelids fluttered open.
A dazzling light greeted him. Above stretched an endless sky, impossibly blue, painted with clouds that drifted lazily across its vast canvas. He blinked several times before the brightness softened, revealing blades of emerald grass glistening with morning dew beneath his fingertips.
"Where… am I?" His own voice sounded unfamiliar — deeper, steadier, as though it belonged to someone else.
He pushed himself upright. What he saw left him breathless. Rolling hills spread to the horizon, bathed in gold by the rising sun. A silver river wound gracefully through the valley, its surface shimmering like liquid crystal. Beyond it, ancient forests shimmered faintly, their leaves glowing with threads of light. Everything was too vivid, too alive — as if the world itself was awake and breathing.
He closed his eyes, trying to remember. The last thing he recalled was that divine voice echoing in the void—
"A new life… and a hidden power."
