Angelo: "Why don't you ask her?"
Everybody was staring at Lia hoping for answers, "What did you do?"
Lia was imitated by their gaze so she started…
Flashback
Angelo signaled them to keep quiet, "Guys keep quiet Ion is calling."
Aries and Jay: "Who is Ion?"
Lia: "Shhhh."
Angelo (into the call): "Hi honey what are you doing?"
The voice from the other end: "Nothing much, how are you doing?"
"Darling, last night was amazing you know we should do it again." Lia said half-laughing
Angelo stared at her in pure panic in his eyes.
Ion from the other end: "Angelo are you cheating on me with someone else."
Her voice was seething with anger and rage.
Angelo tried to explain, "Honey I can explain, she was just my sister!"
Ion: "WHO THE HELL IN THIS WORLD SLEEPS WITH HIS SISTER!!!!"
Now Angelo was in full panic mode, "She was just joking honey, it was nothing like what you heard!"
Ion was about to retort when she heard another voice.
"Sweetheart who are you talking to? Your dessert is waiting for you… Muahh." She couldn't stop giggling while poor Angelo was sinking into the mud.
Ion: "WHO THE HELL IN THIS WORLD SLEEPS WITH HIS SISTER!!!!"
Now Angelo was in full panic mode, "She was just joking honey, it was nothing like what you heard!"
Ion was about to retort when she heard another voice.
"Sweetheart who are you talking to? Your dessert is waiting for you… Muahh." She couldn't stop giggling while poor Angelo was sinking into the mud.
Ion: I NEED A BREAKUP!
He was about to say something, but she had already hung up.
He rushed his car towards Ion's house to make amends.
But he ended up becoming a broken-hearted, lonely guy.
He came home.
"Tu pagal ho gayi hai kya?"
(Have you gone mad?)
"Nahi toh."
(Nope.)
"Tune mera breakup kara diya!"
(You made me break up!)
"Mazaa toh aaya."
(It was a lot of fun.)
"I am never telling you about my girlfriend."
"Why is 'girlfriend' in plurals?"
"Shut up."
She mimicked his tone," shut up." Then laughed.
He pretended to be furious, but the corners of his lips were tugged upward at her foolishness and cuteness.
Flashback ends
Everybody burst into laughter.
Jay: "That's my girl."
Lia: "Aha! I knew it. I am the best divorce lawyer in the world."
Ion: "Excuse me, you are the reason divorces exist."
Lia made a face that said, "Did anybody ask you?"
Kairav swiftly changed the topic to dinner, while Yuri observed everything like a wolf in the face of sheep. But it didn't go unnoticed by the cousins.
Everybody started rummaging through the kitchen like Thief Finding something valuable.
Jay: What are you finding guys?
Roxy: Finding sugar and something sweet.
Lia: Why?
Eren: 'Cuz we don't trust you guys, your spice level is way out of our league.
Jay: We didn't make it that spicy!
Felix: Do you think we forgot what happened on that day?
Lia: Which day?
Daniel: The day you made pancakes in our class and you put too much spice in it and we couldn't eat the food. Only you, Keifer, and Yuri ate.
Jay: Do whatever you want, I am hungry so let's eat.
Lia and Jay were stealing slices from their brother's plates while they were thinking their food's getting disappeared into thin air.
We finished eating and after that we started gathering things to watch the movie.
