In a huge wood house at the end of the long road was a large family that consisted of a man, his husband, wife, other husband and a bunch of children. He was actually legally married to all three of his lovers. This of course is a normal thing on the planet Demos. How would you know that you don't live here that is why I am explaining it to you. Even after giving up his job as a stripper, the man was never home, which was not unusual. Instead, his husband, as was customary, cooked in the kitchen. A gentle male voice from upstairs called "mom!"
In a warm and inviting kitchen, a man's soft, manly voice echoed, "Yes!" as he stirred some food. Suddenly, the sound of hurried footsteps descending the stairs interrupted the peaceful atmosphere. A teenage boy with vibrant orange hair and soft green eyes, his eyes brimming with tears, exclaimed, "David and Connor are fighting!" The man's expression changed, and with a concerned look, he quickly removed his apron, placed the stirring spoon beside the pot, and swiftly ascended the stairs. Before leaving, he turned to the teenage boy, Garret, and asked, "Can you stir the food for me, please?" His voice revealing a gentle urgency.
He proceeded to the final room situated on the right side of the hall. It was the last room on that side. With a swift motion, he seized them, separating them from each other. One had short blond hair and blue eyes, while the other possessed dark features, brown hair, and light brown eyes that had a distinct red gleam in them.
A second male with short, dirty blond hair and green eyes entered the doorway. "Charlie, can you take David and treat his wounds? I am re-assigning everyone's rooms right now. And who does Connor trust?" the man asked the other teen boy, who seemed to be talking to himself out loud.
Just then, a young boy with shoulder-length blond hair ran into the room, clutching his leg. "Angel," Connor exclaimed, picking up the other boy and holding him close. "Okay, you and Angel can have the room next to this one. Who won't David fight?" the man asked, about to leave when Charlie returned to look at him. "You're sharing a room with Michael, right?" the man asked, beckoning Charlie to come to him. "Who do you want to be with, Charlie?" the man asked, looking down the hall, noticing that there were just as many rooms on the other side.
In the midst of a shared living space, a heated argument erupted between Charlie and another male occupant. Charlie expressed a desire for his own room, while the other boy, sporting brown hair and goggles, accused Charlie of encroaching on his side of the room. Charlie vehemently denied the accusation, claiming that the goggles were carelessly left on his side. The tension escalated as the man in charge intervened, sternly admonishing the boy for his language.
The man stated, "Charlie, you can have one of the rooms after I determine everyone's placement. Now, who will not engage in conflicts with David?" When the man uttered those words, a slender boy with black shaved hair except for long red bangs emerged from one of the rooms. "Seth, who is your roommate?" the man inquired. Seth looked back into the room before responding, "Blaze." With a dejected expression, Seth said, "I wouldn't mind sharing a room with David."
Two figures, seemingly women, and a man entered from the front door. One of the women wore a skirt and sweater, her long blond hair flowing down her back. In contrast, the other woman sported a military-inspired outfit comprising matching pants and a jacket, along with combat boots. Her short, purple-dyed hair peeked out from beneath a camouflage baseball cap, creating a striking visual contrast.
Over the railing, the man peered down, catching sight of the three. "Samuel Lee Denver, where were you?" he bellowed, shaking his head in exasperation. "Two of OUR sons fought, and one of them is injured because YOU made the decision about their rooms! Now I have to sort this out." The man pointed at the other blond-haired man, indicating that he was the one responsible for the room assignments
"Devin, why didn't you bother to call me?" Sam asked, with a hint of annoyance in his voice. Devin ignored him and swiftly ran downstairs to retrieve the food. To his surprise, the food appeared edible, which shocked him. He carefully placed the food into bowls that were neatly arranged on a long table. Devin remained silent, as he was not in a good mood with Sam.
"Kids, come and eat!" Devin yelled, and twenty-one children rushed into the room and quickly grabbed some food before scurrying back to their respective rooms. Devin then began to assign room assignment for the children: "Okay, Angel will room with Connor. David will room with Seth. Kyle needs to room with Jesse. Charlie prefers to be alone. Cameron can room with Blaze. Now, let's switch the girls around as well."
Soon enough, everyone had settled into their preferred rooms, and Devin could be heard humming cheerfully as he cleaned the floors. At the front door, the two women shared a brief hug. "I have to go, sis. See you tomorrow. I trust you with my babies, Dev. Good night, guys," the woman said as she left the house. Suddenly, the woman's voice boomed in a commanding tone, "Sam, get your ass over here!" "What?" Sam yelled back. "Did you just raise your voice at me, you little...?" The two were about to start arguing, but the woman grabbed Sam by the neck, preventing the situation from escalating further.
"You didn't say goodnight to Michelle. She had your kids, and you couldn't be bothered to do that?" the person with the purple hair asked, holding Sam in a sleeper hold. "I didn't know she was leaving," Sam yelled. "Don't yell at me, Sam," the person said, choking Sam with their arm. "Izzy, let go of me," Sam said, trying to remove their arm. "Sam, Izzy, both of you stop it. The kids are trying to sleep. It's bedtime," Devin said. Izzy released Sam and went to their room.
"She has always been like that." Sam said out loud then her door opened and a boot came out hitting Sam in the head. "Don't say she Sam you know I don't use that pronoun. I am a him." Izzy said angry then slammed the door. Devin picked up the boot, putting it in front of her door. "Stop teasing Izzy, let's go to bed,Sam." Devin said, then a girl with long blond hair came down the stairs from one of the boys' rooms.
Initially, Devin was unconcerned about why she was in that room. Suddenly, the short boy that Conner referred to as "angel" came rushing down the stairs. With a gentle voice, Angel said, "Um, mom, I went to pee and came back... Please just come with me." Angel took Devin's hand and led him to the door. When the door opened, Devin saw Conner holding his hair, which was tied to the bed.
"Charlotte did this, right?" Devin questioned, glancing down the hallway and spotting Charlie. "Hey, Charlie, do you happen to have any scissors?" he inquired, sleepily rubbing his eyes. "Yeah, I have some. Why?" Charlie asked curiously. "Just bring them over, please," Devin replied. Charlie retrieved the scissors and handed them to Devin, noticing that Connor's hair was tied to the bedpost.
""Charlotte ,right?" Charlie said, trying hard to hold back a giggle. "Yes, Charlotte did this while Angel was in the bathroom," Devin said as he went over to Connor and cut off the hair that was tied to the post, freeing him. "Wait, Mom, can you just make the back really short?" Connor asked, sitting up straight. Devin sighed, feeling a pang of sadness at having to cut his son's hair even shorter. However, he went ahead with it because he knew it would make Connor happy. The back was cut really short, but he left the top a bit longer. "Thanks, Mom. I'm sorry I was fighting with David," Connor said, looking sad.
"I told you it was a bad idea to have you in the same room as him. All three of you should be in bed. You have school in the morning," Devin said. He kissed Connor on the head, then gave Angel a kiss before picking him up and placing him in bed with Connor. Then he saw another son out of bed. "Come on, Charlie. It's time for bed," Devin said, closing the door behind him. Charlie had already gone back to his room.
With concern in his voice, Devin inquired, "What's the matter, Seth?" Seth stood wearily against the wall, his shirt slipping off his shoulder. "I miss Kyle and Jesse. Can I say goodnight to them?" Devin's heart ached as he noticed tears welling up in Seth's eyes. "Sweetheart, what if Kyle and Jesse are already asleep?" Devin asked gently. Realizing that Seth had experienced a nightmare, Devin approached him with compassion. "Oh honey, did you have a bad dream?" Devin asked, his voice filled with empathy.
"Yes," he whispered quietly. Devin, taking his cue, led him to Kyle and Jesse's room. Knocking on the door, Devin heard a strange sound followed by a flurry of movement. Suddenly, Kyle opened the door, his body half-hidden behind it. "Yes, Mom, what is it?" Kyle asked, squinting. Devin's expression turned somber as he spoke, "Would you and Jess be okay with Seth sleeping here? It seems like David has run off again."
"Sure, we don't mind, do we, Jess?" Kyle said with a smile.
"No, we don't mind," Jesse replied. Kyle opened the door a little wider, still partially hidden behind it.
"Thanks, Mom. Good night," Kyle said.
"Good night, Kyle, Seth, and Jess," Devin said in response, and Kyle closed the door behind him. Devin then pretended to leave to observe their actions before he had knocked.
""Seth, did you have another nightmare?" Kyle inquired. Seth's silent nod spoke volumes. In a display of fraternal affection, Kyle planted a kiss on his brother's lips. "You know you can come in here whenever you want right? We were missing you anyways" Kyle said then kissing his neck he had him pressed up against the door. "Hey bring him over here please Kyle" Jesse said so Kyle picked up Seth placing him in the bed next to Jesse. Jesse leaned over kissing Seth on the mouth.
In the warmth of the moment, Kyle yearned for a cooler sensation, prompting him to request that Seth remove his shirt. Seth obliged, shedding his garment to alleviate the heat."Now we have two nipples to play with," Jesse giggled. Seth laid back and they both started licking each of his nipples. "Does this make you feel better?" Kyle asked when he stopped for a minute. "Yes it does" Seth moaned. Devin stopped listening at the door.
With a shake of his head in disbelief, Devin descended the stairs. "Sam, did you know that Kyle and Jesse are messing on Seth?" Devin inquired, his gaze fixed on Sam, who remained seated in the same spot he had been when Devin had ascended the stairs. "Are you aware that Krista and Trisha engage in similar behavior, or that Connor is love with his brother, Angel?" Devin's eyes widened as Sam responded. "Why do you think I've placed them in separate rooms?" Sam stood up, walked to the refrigerator, and retrieved a soda before responding.
Sam ascended the stairs, uttering, "You were eavesdropping anyway." He drank the entire beverage in one gulp."With a stern voice, Devin inquired, "What are you doing?" "Umm i am going to stop our sons from having sex duh" Sam said at the top of the stairs. In a forceful act, Sam busted the door open, catching the trio in the act. "Cut it out!" Sam exclaimed, grabbing Seth and Jesse by the arms and swiftly pulling them out of the bed.
AAfter securing the door, Sam left Kyle alone. He moved Seth back to the room he was meant to share with David, who was absent. Sam repeated the process, locking Seth in the room by himself. He then placed Jesse in an unoccupied room and locked the door. "There all better, but sometimes you need to be tough on them," Sam remarked as he descended the stairs.
""That's not what I asked you to do!" Devin exclaimed angrily, attempting to make his way upstairs. "I didn't tell you to lock them in separate rooms all alone!" Sam, disregarding Devin's protest, grabbed him by the arm and dragged him to their room downstairs. Meanwhile, Kyle's pounding on the door grew louder, accompanied by his desperate cries for Jesse and Seth. "Sam, how can you think that's fair?" Devin demanded, his voice filled with both anger and frustration.
"You came to me to fix the problem, correct? well it is fixed." Sam said, slamming the door shut. He locked the door and took off all his clothes. "Oh what now you want sex.i don't fucking think so" Devin said beating the shit out of him. "Now. you will never make me look like a pussy in front of my sons ever again you hear me!" Devin spouted as he thrusted him.
"No no I am sorry my love" Sam begged but Devin did not stop until he was done. "That is what you get asshole"Devin said panting he then fell asleep before he knew it the sun was on the rise. As the alarm rang, he rose abruptly from his sleep and dashed to the shower for a quick rinse. While getting dressed, he was oblivious to Sam's presence, as if an invisible force prevented him from even glancing in his direction.
That morning
He ran up stairs to see all the boys that were not locked in their rooms gathered around in the hallway. In the echoing silence of the hallway, a distinct sound caught Devin's attention—the unmistakable sound of crying. Determined to investigate, he pushed through the crowd and made his way toward Kyle's door, unlocking it with a swift turn of the key. Kyle was sitting naked by the door. Devin urged his family, "Everyone, please get dressed and ready for school. It's time to go!" All the others except David quickly ran off to their rooms to prepare.
""Mom, the door to my room is locked and Seth is inside, crying uncontrollably," David informed her. Meanwhile, Kyle struggled to stand up, weakened by sleep deprivation. "Hold on Kyle, here David, unlock your door, put some clothes on Seth and bring him here please.i will let Jesse out of the room down here." Devin said giving David the key to his room.then made his way to the room that Jesse was locked in.
As he entered the room, he witnessed a horrific scene. Blood covered the floor, and Jesse lay unconscious, surrounded by broken bed parts scattered everywhere."Shit god damn it Sam!" Devin fumed which made Charlie come out of his room.In a rush of surprise, Charlie hurried over to his mother's location. To his astonishment, he found Jesse in an unexpected and concerning state.Devin urged Charlie to get a blanket, "Please, get a blanket and wrap him up. Don't let Kyle see him like this." Charlie obliged and pulled out a blanket to wrap the person.
In a heightened state of distress, Kyle questioned, "Where is he? Is he hurt? Why didn't I get him back?" Tears were welling up in his eyes as he spoke. Seth had already drifted into slumber, his body resting on Kyle's. The two of them were seated in the doorway of their shared room. Despite not having seen Jesse wrapped in a blanket when he initially retrieved Seth, Kyle was thrown into a state of panic. " Do you mean limp and bloody?" Charlie inquired as he carried Seth into the room Charlie made into like a clinic when he stayed in.
DWith a heavy heart, Devin helped Kyle get dressed, unable to keep the truth from his son any longer. In a somber tone, he revealed that during their separation, Jesse had accidentally cut his arm and had been bleeding for several hours, a fact that had enraged Kyle. Amidst the turmoil, Charlie approached Devin with a request for blood, to which Devin swiftly nodded in agreement.
"I know your father is a dick but I punished him last night." Devin said with a sinister grin. "I don't care if he is an ass. I hate him.I can't help that I love my brother, we are triplets after all." Kyle said with teary eyes. "You three are only 10 years old.watch your mouth Kyle Blake Denver-smith" Devin said with a deep sigh. All of the sudden Charlie ran up the stairs and passed Devin.
Everyone was anxious about Jesse, and no one wanted to attend school. David lowered his head and confessed, "It was all my fault. I should have stayed home. I felt terrible that I fought Conner." Devin said to David, "It's not your fault, Dave. You're only twelve. What can a twelve-year-old do against your father?"
As David uttered, "This glass on the table in the hall shatter," the glass shattered into fragments. Then, he commanded, "Fix," and miraculously, the glass restored itself. Devin looked at him in astonishment and asked, "Whatever you say comes true?" David responded, "It does, unless it's something beyond my control. If I say ordinary things, nothing happens, but when I'm angry and utter something I later regret, it comes to pass. That's why I allowed Conner to beat me up; if he hurts me, I can't speak." As David spoke, he looked down and then up at his mother.
In the hallway, Connor stood with his jaw dropped. Charlie emerged from his room with a mischievous grin. "Everyone, he's stable, meaning he's okay for now," Charlie announced, eliciting smiles from all except Kyle, who yearned to hold jesse. "I want to hold him," Kyle demanded. Devin inquired with a slight grin, "Can he hold him?" Charlie affirmed, "Yes, he doesn't need more blood; he just needs to be warm." and gently handed Jesse to Kyle.
Upon being handed over to Kyle, Jesse regained consciousness. "Jesse!" Kyle exclaimed, visibly taken aback. "Sweetie, I am so sorry about what your dad did. If I had known you were hurt, I would have broken down the door without hesitation," Devin said, tears welling up in his eyes. "Mom, it's not...your fault," Jesse responded, slowly extending his injured arm to touch his mother's face.
With caution, Devin addressed his son Jesse, expressing concern for their well-being and wanting to prevent further discomfort. Samuel stood on the stairs, his mind occupied with memories of his brother, Jessie. Vivid recollections of Jessie's struggles with severe illness filled Samuel's thoughts, evoking a mix of sadness and a lack of regret for his actions toward his son.
Six or seven year ago
Among his older brothers, one was named Jessie, who endured chronic illness. Unfortunately, he never recovered from a persistent sickness. With each recurrence, his condition worsened. By the age of 14, Jessie became bedridden. In previous years, Jex, his twin brother, would take him outdoors and engage in conversation.
In a household filled with younger siblings, Jessie, a frail young man, harbored a profound love for reading. Despite his physical condition, he dedicated himself to reading to his siblings, bringing joy and enchantment into their lives. Jessie's gentle and caring nature extended beyond his literary pursuits, as he delighted in playing games with his siblings. In return, his older brother, despite his frailty, would endeavor to maintain a smile to uplift everyone's spirits, earning Sam's deep affection and admiration.
Sadly, that year, their beloved young boy, Jessie, succumbed to an illness and passed away. His brother, Diska, who was the second eldest and Sam's favorite sibling, broke the devastating news to Sam and the rest of the family. "Jessie died," she said, leaving everyone heartbroken. The pain was particularly unbearable for Jessie's twin brother, Jex. He could not accept the loss and repeatedly screamed and sobbed, causing immense sorrow for everyone present.
Later that day, the older twin brother, Jex, was discovered deceased by his elder brother, Diska. Jex had committed suicide. Diska recalled Jex muttering about not wanting to live without his brother, but he had not anticipated that Jex would take his own life. The loss of both brothers had plunged everyone into deep sorrow and tears.
Jex, the elder twin, possessed an optimistic and carefree attitude. Remarkably, he had never experienced any illness. While he enjoyed the company of his twin brother, he struggled to find common ground with others. However, Jex recognized and valued his family ties and made an effort to engage with them.
"I think we should bury them…" Diska grieved but was cut off when John took both of them outside. He threw them in a hole he had freshly dug in the backyard. "John, are you crazy, those were your sons, what are they garbage now?" Carrie yelled as Diska kept the rest of the siblings inside.
Later that night their mother Carrie went outside and with the help of Diska undug the poor excuse of a grave. She then had coffins sent over. That she and Diska neatly put the two deceased boys in she made a slight modification. She made it so they could hold hands. They dug a huge hole at the family cemetery then buried them.
Crying out, Samuel gave away his hiding spot. Devin threw his shoes at him. "You're not crying for our son," Devin shouted, and Samuel fled. After the kids went to bed, Devin returned downstairs. "You hurt Jesse's arm. He's your son, but all you care about is yourself," Devin said, hurling something else at Sam. "I do think about someone other than myself; I was remembering my brothers Jessie and Jex," Samuel shouted back with a sorrowful expression.
New kid
One day, Izzy arrived at home with a five-year-old child in tow. She introduced the child, saying, "Sam, Dev, Michelle, this is my son/daughter. I had always wanted a boy, so I named the child Cameron Misty Denver. However, I was later informed that the child had both male and female characteristics, which surprised and upset me. Nonetheless, I respect Cameron's right to identify as whatever they choose," Izzy explained, lovingly picking up the adorable child.
In search of the commotion, the boys all raced downstairs. "What's the matter?" Garret inquired, peering up the lengthy shirt as if it were a dress. "Stop it, Garret; this is Cameron!" Devin protested, shoving him away. Garret responded, "But is it a girl or a boy?" without meaning to be offensive. "Honey, first off, don't ask that. Cameron is unique from everyone else in that they have both genders, giving them the option of choosing their preferred gender as they mature. Therefore, please treat their feelings with compassion," Devin explained.
"They are adorable" Blaze said then Cameron wanted to go to blaze. Izzy gave the baby to blaze. "I will take care of you my cam" blaze said carrying the baby around.
