"I will tell him everything I know about Accel Synchro, but whether he can grasp it is entirely up to him," Yūga Hōzumi said. "For the revolution to succeed, the one who defeats Jack Atlas can only be him."
"As for Kaito, I'll have him deal with whoever tries to interfere," Yūga Hōzumi said.
"Then I'll leave it to you," Kiryu said seriously. "It's getting late. We should head back, or the people at the base will start to worry."
"Alright." Yūga Hōzumi nodded, and together with Kiryu, they started their journey back.
Three hours later, just as Kiryu and Yūga Hōzumi were about to leave the urban area of Neo Domino City, a group of Security Officers on the main road out of the city caught their attention.
"Are they coming for us?" Kiryu frowned.
"Probably not. If they were after us, they would be setting up a roadblock at the intersection, not cornering someone like this," Yūga Hōzumi analyzed.
Just then, Yūga Hōzumi also got a clear look at the ones being surrounded.
It was a white D-Wheel with black stripes like a zebra, controlled by a boy in a white motorcycle suit. A girl in a pink motorcycle suit sat on the back seat.
The D-Wheel struggled to weave through the Security Officer squads, occasionally performing difficult maneuvers to avoid the advancing officers, but these dangerous actions caused the girl on the back seat to shriek repeatedly.
"Looks like I can't just stand by," Yūga Hōzumi said with a shrug, restarting his D-Wheel.
"What? A friend of yours?" Kiryu asked, also starting his D-Wheel.
"Something like that," Yūga Hōzumi said, adjusting his helmet before dashing forward.
With Yūga Hōzumi and Kiryu's intervention, the pressure on the besieged Yugo was greatly reduced, and he escaped the encirclement.
Led by Kiryu, and after a chase, the three D-Wheels finally shook off Security's pursuit and escaped to the City Outskirts.
After getting rid of their pursuers, the three D-Wheels stopped one after another. The boy in the white motorcycle suit sighed in relief and took off his helmet, revealing a banana-like hairstyle—it was Yugo, who had disappeared from Maiami City with Yuzu that day.

"If you want to thank someone, don't thank me. He's the one who decided to help you," Kiryu said, taking off his helmet and pointing at Yūga Hōzumi.
"Ki... Kiryu?" Yugo's smile instantly froze when he saw Kiryu's face. A man's reputation precedes him; the face of a dangerous individual like Kiryu still held great deterrence for the locals of Neo Domino City.
"To be precise, you should thank the young lady sitting behind you. I came to save you because of her," Yūga Hōzumi said, also taking off his helmet.
"Yūga Hōzumi?" Yuzu, sitting on the back of Yugo's D-Wheel, said in surprise. "Why are you here?"
"Is it strange? It's not just me. All your friends have come to this dimension just to find you," Yūga Hōzumi smiled.
"Eh?" Yuzu said, stunned. "Yuya and the others came too?"
"Hey, Yuzu, how did you get involved with them? This is the most terrifying criminal in Neo Domino City in the last ten years!" Yugo said urgently.
"I remember you're a Commoner too, right? Why would you say that? Kiryu has always been fighting for the Commoners," Yugo's words made Yūga Hōzumi frown.
"Sorry, the Friendship Cup is about to start, and I don't want to get involved with dangerous people like you," Yugo said, immediately putting on his helmet, turning around, and preparing to make a run for it.
"Eh? Wait!" Yuzu shrieked, quickly gripping the handles.
"Are you sure you want to leave? I have news about Rin here," Yūga Hōzumi said with a smile.
"What?!" Yugo exclaimed, turning his head sharply. "Do you know where Rin was taken?"
But in the time it took Yugo to turn away and look back, Yūga Hōzumi and Kiryu had already started their D-Wheels and were dashing towards their base.
"Hey! Don't leave!" Yugo shouted urgently, chasing after them on his D-Wheel.
"Please, tell me where Rin is right now!" Yugo yelled as he caught up, ignoring Yuzu, who was screaming frantically behind him, terrified by the high speed.
Yūga Hōzumi didn't answer, but instead, smiling, sent a duel invitation.
"Want to know? Defeat me first," Yūga Hōzumi said with a smile.
Yugo gritted his teeth and accepted Yūga Hōzumi's duel invitation. "If you want to duel, I accept. But after the duel, you must tell me what you know about Rin."
"Speed Duel, Accelerate!" The two D-Wheels alternately accelerated, one in front of the other. Since they were already in the City Outskirts, the road was naturally not as smooth as in the city. However, Yugo, relying on years of D-Wheel driving experience, and Yūga Hōzumi, relying on Brother Crab's D-Wheel experience pack, raced on without any obstacles. The only one suffering was Yuzu, sitting behind Yugo.
"Can you two consider my feelings for a second?!" Surrounded by wind and constantly being jostled about, Yuzu's voice carried a hint of a whimper.
"Sorry, just bear with it! My turn! I draw!" Yugo took the first turn.
"Since I control no monsters, I can Special Summon Speedroid Terrortop from my hand!"
"When Speedroid Terrortop is Normal or Special Summoned, I can add one 'Speedroid' monster, other than itself, from my Deck to my hand."
"At this moment, I activate the effect of a Tuner monster in my hand: Effect Veiler!" Yūga Hōzumi naturally wouldn't let Yugo's combo proceed so smoothly.
"During your Main Phase, I can send this card from my hand to the Graveyard to target one effect monster you control! That monster's effects are negated until the end of the turn!"
A small, green-haired angel flew out from beside Yūga Hōzumi's D-Wheel and landed next to the string of glowing gyros by Yugo, sprinkling a burst of green light. The flickering gyros instantly dimmed.
"What?!" Yugo gritted his teeth, looking at the dimmed string of gyros beside him. "An interruption effect that can be activated from the hand during the opponent's turn?"
"A Tuner monster?" After getting slightly used to the D-Wheel's speed, Yuzu looked at the situation on the field in surprise. "Shouldn't Yūga Hōzumi be an Xyz user? Has he gotten stronger again?"
"Not bad. It seems I have to get serious," Yugo said, slapping a monster card onto his Duel Disk.
"I summon the Tuner monster, Speedroid Ohajikid, in Attack Position!"
"When Speedroid Ohajikid is Normal or Special Summoned, I can reveal cards from the top of my Deck equal to the number of other WIND monsters I control. I'll add one to my hand and return the rest to the bottom of my Deck."
"I control one other WIND monster besides this card, Terrortop. So, I'll reveal the top card of my Deck and add it to my hand!"
"Next, I'll tune the Level 3 Speedroid Terrortop with the Level 4 Speedroid Ohajikid!"
