# Chapter 52: I Saw Everything, You Know
"Target one 'Raidraptor' Xyz Monster in your Graveyard that was destroyed by battle and sent there this turn. Special Summon that monster, then Special Summon one Xyz Monster with double that monster's Rank from your Extra Deck by overlaying it onto the summoned monster for an Xyz Summon."
In front of Shun Kurosaki, a flowing river of shining stars slowly appeared. The scattered fragments of Raidraptor - Rise Falcon on the ground reassembled before leaping into the vortex.
"O brave and daring falcon! Unleash your flames of rage and become the shining light that incinerates the very earth! Rank-Up Xyz Change! Soar forth! Rank 8! Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon!"
From within the vortex, a crimson light shot into the sky, soaring ten thousand meters high as it let out a sharp cry.
The crimson light dispersed, and the mechanical giant egg at its center began to transform and reassemble. A moment later, a gigantic mechanical falcon spread its wings high in the sky, aiming all the massive cannons on its body at the enemy below.
"Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon's effect activates! By detaching one Overlay Unit from this card, I can target one face-up monster on my opponent's field! That monster's ATK is decreased by 800 for each 'Raidraptor' monster in my Graveyard!"
A pillar of light descended from the sky, landing on the Frightfur Sheep in front of Sora.

"Raidraptor - Satellite Cannon Falcon, attack Frightfur Sheep! Eternal Avenge!"
All the weapons on the satellite falcon high in the sky took aim and fired a full-volley barrage. Countless projectiles rained down from above.
"During the Damage Step, I activate the Quick-Play Spell, Forbidden Chalice!"
"Target one face-up monster on the field; it gains 400 ATK until the end of the turn, but its effects are negated."

The Quick-Play Spell Shun Kurosaki activated during the Damage Step coated the various missiles raining down with a layer of golden light. The missiles exploded around Sora one after another, depleting his Life Points.

As the smoke cleared, Sora, dazed from the blast, was revealed.
After retracting his Duel Disk, Shun Kurosaki brushed off the dust on his clothes and walked up to him.
"Go to hell and repent for your actions." Facing Sora's venomous gaze, Shun Kurosaki said coldly, pointing his Duel Disk at him.
"Stop it!" Just as Shun Kurosaki pressed the card-transformation button on his Duel Disk, a grief-stricken, furious cry echoed from a distance.
With a flash of purple light, Sora was turned into a card. But before Shun Kurosaki could step forward to pick it up, a figure rushed out and tackled him.
"Sora..." The newcomer was Yuya Sakaki, who had rushed over after seeing the commotion. He looked at the card Sora had become on the ground, then whipped his head around to glare at Shun Kurosaki.
"Why! Why would you do this?" Yuya cried out in sorrow and fury.
Shun Kurosaki, who had been ambushed and tackled, showed no mercy. After getting up, he punched Yuya squarely in the right side of his face.
"Open your eyes and look around! This is a battlefield! Not your circus!" Shun Kurosaki roared. He then turned and walked toward the nearby combat zone between the Leo Duel School and the Academy Army.
This Leo Duel School elite, though quite skilled, had clearly overestimated himself by taking on a three-person Obelisk Force squad alone.
At that moment, the guy was being overwhelmed by the effect damage from the Ancient Gear Hounds that kept appearing.
Fortunately, after Shun Kurosaki intervened, he quickly resolved the battle with Raidraptor - Rise Falcon's area-of-effect attack. Then, Shun immediately rushed to the next battlefield without delay.
After being knocked down, Yuya Sakaki struggled back to his feet. Holding the card Sora had become, he stared blankly at his surroundings.
Around him, Obelisk Force members in blue uniforms and masks were locked in fierce combat with duelists wearing Leo Duel School badges. After turning the defeated into cards, they moved on to their next opponents.
Across the field, purple lights flashed continuously, and the cards that people had been turned into were left to flutter in the wind, as no one had time to pick them up.
"Is this... war?"
"No... Duels shouldn't be like this..." Yuya mumbled softly, looking at the scene around him, which resembled hell on Earth.
Yuya Sakaki lowered his head and took out the Smile World card his mother had given him from his deck. Staring at the card, he said, "Duels... Duels should bring happiness and smiles to people, not be weapons."
Just then, an Ancient Gear Hound pounced, knocking him to the ground.
"Look what I found. A duelist from this dimension, scared and hiding," an Obelisk Force minion chuckled cruelly.
At that moment, Yuya's Duel Disk automatically activated, entering a forced duel initiated by the Obelisk Force minion.

Meanwhile, in the Ice Plain Area.
Yuzu Hiiragi looked at the plumes of smoke occasionally rising from the direction of the Ancient Ruins, and an ominous feeling swelled in her heart.

"It seems there's no resolving this peacefully. Since you saw me, then for the sake of the Academy's plan, I'll have to leave you here," Dennis said, gritting his teeth as he activated his Duel Disk.
"Duel!" (x2)
"My turn!" Yūga Hōzumi went first.
As the turn began, Yūga Hōzumi smiled faintly and ran toward an Action Card located not far from them.
This action was also noticed by the omnipresent drone cameras in the area.
Soon, several nearby cameras turned their lenses toward their location.
Seeing this, Dennis quickly adjusted his expression, putting on the appearance of a polite Entertainment Duelist.
At the same time, inside the gigantic stadium in the center of Maiami City, the Announcer excitedly proclaimed:
"Due to a malfunction with the cameras in the Ancient Ruins Area, Leo Duel School has dispatched someone for repairs. We are now switching our feed to other areas."
"Alright! The cameras in the Iceberg Area have discovered a new duel!"
"The duelists are the championship favorite from Leo Duel School, Yūga Hōzumi, and the Entertainment Duelist from Leo Duel School's Broadway Branch, Dennis!"
