First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the readers who have supported me along the way. Thank you so much. The performance of this book hasn't been too bad, but I made a few foolish mistakes midway, which led to the power scaling collapsing too early.
Especially after defeating the King of Ants, Mord could be said to have reached the pinnacle of the Hunter world. Although the Chimera Ants' danger rating is B, their destructive power is classified as A-level. Even among the five great calamities, few have reached this level.
After the Ant arc concluded, what followed was the lengthy succession war plotline. With the protagonist already invincible, it could be said that the sense of anticipation was lost.
I thought about it for many days and consulted many peers. The only solution was to change the setting and transition into a multiverse crossover. Many light novel fanfictions do this, and according to them, with this level of performance, it's entirely feasible to keep going this way. I considered it for a long time and even laid some groundwork, originally planning to use the Dark Continent as a springboard to enter the world of Bleach.
I had already done a lot of preparation, but when it came time to write, I ultimately chose to give up.
As the title of this book suggests—Hunter x Hunter: My Nen Ability Is Zanpakutō—the story should ultimately conclude in the Hunter world, even if the ending isn't perfect.
Finally, in the new year, I wish everyone smooth sailing in all endeavors and happiness in life.
And I hope that the old rascal will resume serialization soon, allowing the story of Hunter to reach a satisfying conclusion.
Last but not least, I once again thank all the companions who have accompanied me on this journey.
