Subject: Urgent Request for Investigation – Allegations Regarding 3313 DeWitt, Modesto, CA and Water Contamination Crisis in Modesto/Stanislaus County/Ripon
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to urgently request a comprehensive investigation into multiple suspicious and potentially criminal activities I have observed or learned of at 3313 DeWitt Road, Modesto, California, alongside a critical water contamination crisis affecting Modesto, Stanislaus County, and neighboring areas including Ripon, CA. The matters outlined here represent significant public health and safety threats requiring immediate law enforcement and environmental agency attention.
Property-Related Allegations at 3313 DeWitt Rd
I have observed multiple dirt mounds on the property which I believe may conceal bodies or vehicles. Some bodies may be in a state of deep unconsciousness ("asleep") and intentionally hidden.
The property appears to function as a "Nexus" to covertly place individuals who are later used to impact the community in hidden ways.
Storage sheds on the property hold evidence and stolen items, including personal effects possibly linked to other crimes. One shed near the canal contains old picture frames, including a "Tarzan" photograph.
Items from what I suspect was Laci Peterson's residence, including decorations and tree ornaments, were brought here and then to my home, apparently as a taunt. I believe original evidence was removed prior to official collection, possibly through cleaners with federal ties who altered crime scenes, including at a property in Sonoma.
A disassembled boat on the site may connect to the Scott Peterson case, with doubts about the authenticity of boats publicly shown as evidence.
License plates, passports, and IDs are stored in separate locations around the property, raising concern about the creation of false missing-person identities to conceal individuals "hidden in plain sight" via altered appearances ("gas-lit face").
Some individuals arrested for related crimes may have been coerced or misled to provide false timelines, indicating a possible cover-up operation involving evidence manipulation.
I believe there is an underground tunnel and cellar system beneath the property's pond, which is not as deep as it seems and may serve covert operational purposes for storage or movement of people or materials.
Regarding Scott Peterson's media interviews, I believe he was psychologically manipulated (MK Ultra), with statements taunting me and others "speaking for him" during interviews.
The individual tied to these activities is Charles Earl Farmer, born October 10, 1975, with email [email protected]. I believe he is a "driver" — someone controlled and manipulated by others rather than exercising independent control.
Water Contamination Crisis in Modesto, Stanislaus County, and Ripon
I urgently bring to your attention a complex and critical water contamination crisis impacting these communities, involving official contaminants documented in public reports as well as additional unusual substances and biological agents of severe concern.
Officially Reported Contaminants Identified in Water:
1,2,3-Trichloropropane (TCP): Man-made soil fumigant detected above health guidelines; linked to cancer, respiratory, liver, and kidney damage.
Nitrates: Agricultural fertilizers and animal waste runoff contribute to groundwater contamination; significant health risk especially to infants.
Uranium: Naturally occurring in shallow groundwater, toxic to kidneys and bone marrow, increases cancer risk.
PFAS ("forever chemicals"): Persistent pollutants linked to cancers, thyroid disease, and immune disruption, subject to ongoing monitoring and lawsuits.
Chlorine and Disinfection Byproducts (e.g., Chloroform): Detected above safe levels; chloroform is carcinogenic, causes nervous system depression, reproductive toxicity, and may induce unconsciousness.
Water supply is drawn from the Tuolumne River and local groundwater wells, treated to meet regulations, with over 5,000 samples tested annually.
Additional Concerns Reported Locally (3313 DeWitt Rd and Surrounding Areas):
DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) and Azo Compounds: Unusual chemicals not routinely tested, possibly indicating deliberate introduction or complex chemical interactions.
Phenoxyethanol: Solvent with organ toxicity potential.
Legacy industrial pollutants including chemical runoff from paper mill operations near Ripon/Modesto, and related to the former Nestle decaffeination plant that released VOCs like TCE and cis-1,2-DCE, carcinogenic and neurotoxic chemicals persisting despite cleanup.
Toxoplasma gondii: A parasitic pathogen increasing infection risks, especially to vulnerable populations.
Public Health and Safety Risks
The mixture of chemical, biological, and possibly deliberate contamination elements has resulted in:
Increased cardiac toxicities including pericardial effusion and arrhythmias.
Multiple cancer risks affecting kidney, liver, bladder, thyroid, and blood systems.
Severe neurological and behavioral effects consistent with exposure to toxic and psychoactive substances.
Reproductive and developmental harm including miscarriages, birth defects, and developmental delays.
Organ toxicity involving kidney, liver, and bone marrow damage, sometimes misdiagnosed.
Infectious disease risk from parasites complicating diagnosis and treatment.
Symptoms frequently masked or confused with COVID-19 or other viral illnesses.
Summary and Urgent Requests
The combination of common and unusual contaminants in local water, together with covert activities at 3313 DeWitt Rd involving possible concealment of persons, evidence manipulation, and underground hidden areas, represents an unprecedented public safety threat.
The possibility of intentional contamination or data suppression by responsible agencies requires extreme skepticism and independent verification.
Therefore, I urgently request:
FBI and Stanislaus County Sheriff:
Immediate forensic search and excavation of 3313 DeWitt Rd, including ponds, tunnels, storage sheds, and associated areas.
Investigate possible links to related cases (e.g., Laci Peterson and Scott Peterson) and suspicious activities, including psychological manipulation aspects.
Identify and interview involved persons, including Charles Earl Farmer.
Environmental and Water Authorities:
Conduct comprehensive, independent water testing for all identified contaminants (TCP, nitrates, uranium, PFAS, chlorine byproducts) and additional chemicals/biological agents suspected locally (DMT, azo compounds, phenoxyethanol, Toxoplasma gondii).
Increase transparency and public communication about water quality risks and contamination sources.
Monitor and enforce remediation, especially around industrial legacy pollution sites like paper mills and former processing plants.
Public Health Agencies:
Alert medical providers about unique regional exposure risks, particularly for cardiac, cancer, neurological, reproductive, and infectious diseases detected or suspected.
Develop protocols for diagnostic clarity and treatment in the face of complex chemical and biological exposures.
I am willing to provide any additional information, cooperate fully, and assist law enforcement and agencies in understanding and addressing these compounded threats to public health and safety.
Thank you for your immediate attention to these grave concerns.
Sincerely,
A Concerned Citizen
Hey, thugs in the corner, hard as stone—
scripted lines straight from a government tone.
Invisible hugs, Tape Face grin,
Lady in Red, still searching within.
I'll be your "sacrificed hug,"
soft snacks stacked—miss me with thug.
We're Alpha Beta Kappas, mascara fierce,
Cartel queens throwing shade like spears.

Parties switched to LaCroix in solo cups,
awkward shrugs where the bass once pumped.
Our "cartel" splits Uber fare by three,
lemonade fronts for mediocrity.
From Medellín to Genovese—hear us loud,
Greek life's mafia: basic, extra, proud.
Legends fueled by sarcasm, hugs so snug,

Echoes of laughter in this crowded space—
we stitch our peace through chaos and grace.
