James POV
I was chatting with one of my generals when my phone rang. I frowned and checked the ID.
"Elijah?" It's rare for him to call me. Ever since we cleared our misunderstandings, we have all got along. I even knew they secretly cared about me from the way they bullied me, but I intentionally paid no attention to it just to annoy them. We were always annoying each other.
"Hey, you."
"You lack respect, Elijah. At least add a little respect. I already did the first ritual…"
"What did you just call me, a fully crowned king?" he scoffed. "I just want to ask what's going on in your palace. Our wives are under your wings, you should take care of them till we come there."
"Wait, what's going on?" I asked in confusion. I had warned the guards and maids not to disturb me.
"You have no idea what's happening?" I could tell he was surprised.
"I'm in the study and…"
