Not long after, Youyu, along with some of his lackeys, followed Kaiba Seto and his brother Mokuba to the headquarters of Industrial Illusions Society.
This was the very reason for Kaiba's visit to the Free Country, to personally confront Pegasus. However, according to Youyu's speculation, there's a high chance that Pegasus is already gone. Even if they went to headquarters, they probably wouldn't meet him.

Though Pegasus might already be gone, Industrial Illusions Society's counterattack plans are gradually taking shape.
When they met, Yugi and Jonouchi enthusiastically waved and greeted them.

"Some jerk on a motorcycle. You can tell he's not a decent guy at a glance!" Jonouchi turned to Kujaku Mai, "Mai, better not associate with that guy. The vibe he gives off isn't good!"
Kujaku Mai rolled her eyes, "Who I associate with is none of your business."

I'm also Pegasus's adopted son. I've been waiting for you guys here for a long time."
"Tenma... Yako?" Yugi repeated the name.
"Hmph, I don't care what your name is." Kaiba maintained his calm demeanor, "Where is Pegasus? Make him come out to meet me. I only talk to people who can make decisions."
