Could he truly manage to easily defeat the "KC-1 Crayton" under such circumstances?

Flames erupted from the ground as the hero clad in a red uniform returned to the field alongside the flames, crossing his arms in front of Youyu.

He drew a card from his Deck and found Fusion.
Amelda smirked, "An attack power of 2800 for a Masked Hero is indeed formidable. But even this attack power can not defeat my Crayton.
I've already studied your tactics. Masked Heroes can use battle to search for 'Transform' Magic Cards, enabling multiple transformations for additional attacks.
However, this ability is restrained by 'The Seal of Orichalcos.' As long as this barrier is in place, you cannot bypass Crayton to attack my Tokens..."
"I am well aware, but Heroes do not have just one form," said Youyu, revealing the card he had just retrieved with Shadow Mist's effect, "Quick-Play Magic - Form Change!

Dian transformed within the golden divine glow, his armor morphing into a white and gold design. His arms now wielded two gold blades, like shining tusks, capable of severing all evils of the world.

Koga leaped back from the intense light and smoke, crossing his arms as he landed beside Youyu.

The smoke cleared, and the massive tank was gone, but Amelda stood unharmed, his LP untouched.

Actually, he could have used Fusion to merge Shadow Mist with Blazeman to summon Elemental Hero Nova Master for an additional attack.
However, the opponent had three tokens in defense mode; defeating them wouldn't inflict further damage. Moreover, if he merged Elemental Hero Shadow Mist now, her search effect would be wasted.
Shadow Mist can use one of two effects per turn: Special Summon allows searching for a 'Change' Magic Card from the Deck, or when sent to the graveyard, allows searching for a "Hero" Monster from the Deck.
This turn, Youyu already used her first effect, so sending her to the graveyard wouldn't allow the second effect to be activated. Therefore, it was better to keep her on the field for now.
"My turn," Amelda slowly drew a card, glanced at it, and then lifted his head.
"I admit I underestimated you," he said, "My research on countering your tactics and strategies is far from sufficient. You are not an ordinary Duelist; you're an opponent worthy of my full strength."
He unveiled a card in his hand.
"So let me show you something special. My true final trump card, never used before anyone."
As Amelda spoke, he glanced at Kaiba.
"Kaiba, you should take a good look at this too. This was meant as my final card prepared for you, but I'll let you witness it first."
With a fierce glance, he raised his right hand.
"Magic Card - Magic Void Body launch!"
As he shouted, the card in his hand shot forth a golden gleam straight into the sky!
