ADANNA POV (Point of view)
The warehouse was suddenly full of noise, boots on concrete, voices shouting orders, radios crackling and officers moved quickly through the room, securing the equipment and surrounding the glowing chamber that had just changed everything.
Two agents pulled Kade forward and forced him to his knees, he didn't resist, he didn't look scared either.
He only looked at me, like he was still trying to understand something and Darian's hand stayed firmly around my wrist. It was protective and grounding.
"Stay behind me," he murmured.
I nodded slightly, but my eyes remained on the screens across the warehouse wall and the data was still moving..... still updating.
The new coordinates were multiplying, one by one, across different parts of the world. Europe, Asia, South America and even the Arctic, and my stomach tightened.
"Darian… it's spreading."
He followed my gaze to the monitors.
"What is?"
"These locations."
