Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Empire Called AllStars

AllStars Foundation College isn't just a school. It's an empire of elite education nestled in the heart of Lagos ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ฌ.

Tall electric gates guarded 24/7 ๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ welcome convoys of Range Rovers, G-Wagons, and tinted sedans ๐Ÿš˜๐Ÿ’จ.

The buildings stand sleek and modern with glass panels, gold trimmings, and white marbled walls that glisten under the Lagos sun ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ›๏ธ. Inside, classrooms are fully air-conditioned โ„๏ธ, furnished with smart boards, personal lockers, and touch-screen desks ๐Ÿ’ป๐Ÿ“š.

The campus boasts an Olympic-size swimming pool ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ, a rooftop senior lounge ๐ŸŒ†, a tech-stacked digital library ๐Ÿ“–, and even a students-only mini-mall ๐Ÿ›๏ธ. Palm trees ๐ŸŒด line the paved walkways between buildings, giving it that tropical luxury vibe.

The cafeteria is a 5-star restaurant-style zone ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ with digital menus, smoothie bars, and Afro-American meals, all proudly sponsored by Araoluwa's mom's luxury restaurant brand ๐Ÿฅ˜๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿณ.

Surveillance is tight ๐ŸŽฅ. Staff wear smart ID tags like they work in Silicon Valley ๐Ÿชช. There's even a helipad ๐Ÿš that's rarely used unless a senator's child forgets their iPad ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ“ฑ.

AllStars isn't just a school. It's a lifestyle ๐Ÿ’ผ๐Ÿ‘‘.

As Araoluwa stepped out of her mom's black Range Rover Velar, dripping elegance ๐Ÿงฅ๐Ÿ‘ , her mom gave her the usual reminder.

"Ara, be careful. You're a prefect now ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿพ. Don't be doing anyhow. People are watching you, you're an ambassador, shogbo?" ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ’ฌ

"Yes, ma," Ara replied, already bracing for more ๐Ÿ™„.

"Your new phone is in my room ๐Ÿ“ฒ, password 9291. Just the phone, no gold should go missing o. I'll be back tomorrow afternoon, take care of yourself with Mama Bode at home, Greet Principal Lawrence for me also. Bye-bye."

Ara laughed lightly ๐Ÿ˜…, waved ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿฝ, and dashed off toward the assembly gate ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ“š.

"Here comes our late baddie," Big Dave announced with a smirk ๐Ÿ˜.

Balogun David, also known as Big Dave ๐Ÿงฅ๐Ÿ‘‘, the Senior Prefect of AllStars. Son of a senator from Ogun State ๐Ÿ›๏ธ and the school's principal. Responsible, charismatic, and chatty when he wants to be.

Power. Brains. Swagger. All in one soul ๐Ÿ”ฅ.

"Oh please, what are you now, the gatekeeper? I'm just six minutes late," Ara said with her classic I-don't-care baddie grin ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿพ.

"Six minutes is too late, Madam Female Labor Prefect," he replied. "You're supposed to be the first on duty with Oscar. These soft-girl vibes won't help you. It's the first day!" ๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿ•’

"I'm sorry, Dave... I'll do better. Still adjusting." ๐Ÿฅบ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

"Drop your bag and meet us at the gate." He walked off, manning his post like a prince on duty ๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ.

Ara sighed, dropped her Dior bag ๐ŸŽ’, fixed her collar, and strutted to the gate, ready to begin her first official prefect duty ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ‘ฎ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ.

"Hi," Oscar, the Lead Labor Prefect, greeted.

Ara didn't respond, just gave a soft scoff. She wasn't the talky type.

Oscar ignored the attitude and continued, "Here's what we'll do. You'll lead the girls inside, but first inspect their bags."

"Is it really necessary?" she asked, folding her arms. "If so, I should be the first person punished." Her tone was calm, but her eyes said she didn't care.

Oscar sighed deeply. "Only God knows how you were elected Labor Prefect. Just shut your mouth and lead the girls in." His voice carried a hint of irritation; she had clearly tested his patience.

Ara gave a surprised scoff and walked off toward the inspection point.

There, she started inspecting students' bags, reluctantly but with that same quiet confidence that made Araoluwa, AraBaddie ๐Ÿ‘‘.
