Soon, as the cart continuously journeyed across the muddy lands, the change in the atmosphere and its temperature slowly rose. The clouds felt sunny and radiant while the vibrant grass along with the winds, swayed the foliage of branches near the cart.
"This is it! Whoa! Land of Fire, we're back!"
"Yahoo! We are now out of the wretched land."
"This feeling... The breeze of the air felt so refreshing!"
The children inside the cart rang loud praises except for Yoichi, who was suppressing his tugged-up lips and felt the humidity lowering with his eyes closed. Later on, he decided to enact his 1st plan without any more hesitation.
Opening his eyes, Yoichi couldn't help but enjoy the vibrant and electrifying scent of the wafts. He heard the rustling sounds of grass frolicking at each other, the whizzing chimes of the tree leaves dancing along with the gentle wind, and the radiant shine of the sun shining into his face.
Land of Fire, Konoha... I'm totally prepared for what's next fate has stored for me!
Over 12 hours of riding and nothing unexpected happened to the cart as the water buffalo galloped through the uneven grounds with resilience.
"I wonder what it'll be once we are inside of Konoha..." Akizo said, bored as hell in the cart.
"Perhaps Yoichi could give us some information about the geography and details..." Mineru replied, looking for Yoichi to soothe his interest.
"Hmmm," Yoichi commented. "Honestly, I've never been here for my entire life. I only knew about the general information as well as its soaring prestige. So don't expect me to teach you with my tiny understanding."
Akizo and Mineru fell silent once they heard Yoichi's remarks. Technically, what he was saying was right. Yoichi was a child with two lifetimes and did not experience the Konoha life, he simply watched the show and learned its somewhat detailed information based on the narration.
Therefore, the validity of his wisdom and knowledge about Konoha remained undefined.
Afterwards, the cart visited many towns nearby but the coach didn't stop his journey. Along the way, the children saw the same outlook and background of their land in full detail, making them eager to hop out of this cart as quickly as possible.
For a while, the cart was slowly but steadily decreasing its speed. Then, the sight of a big gate was soon revealed in the children's eyes. Amidst the vast arrays of trees surrounding the walls, a massive gate gradually opened and let the cart in.
Inside, numerous shinobi wearing forehead protectors with a whirlwind symbol encircled the cart. With such a commanding poise and unity shown by these shinobi, Yoichi slightly nodded.
"Wow! That's a lot of children!"
"I wonder where these youngsters came from?"
"Tch, I assume they are here to freely live here!"
On the other hand, the bystanders near the gate swarmed and buzzed like bees attracted to pollen.
As the water buffalo halted in its expedition, the shinobi who appeared to be the leader of the shinobi guard asked in a deep voice, "State your business in these grounds."
"S-sir shinobi, I'm here to transport these kids to an orphanage. Here's my permit and the validity of my words." Although the coach lightly stuttered, he took out a paper with a stamp on it and gave the paper to the shinobi's hands.
"Release the children and temporarily take them in custody!" In an authoritative voice, the shinobi nearby soon began unleashing the children from the cart. One by one, the children got out of the cart and started cheering like crazy in the eyes of many.
"You two, don't make a sound and compromise your positions, alright?" While Yoichi took a deep breath and closed his eyes, his group felt baffled.
Akizo and Mineru raised an eyebrow, truly bewildered by Yoichi's statement.
Sharingan!
When Yoichi opened his eyes, the special Chakra within him circulated through his optic nerves. Soon, the irises in his eyes turned a deep shade of red while the obsidian pupils added two more pupils revolving in the center.
In such an unprecedented perception, Yoichi gradually adapted to his supernatural eyesight.
'It's—it's a fucking Sharingan!"
On the other hand, Akizo and Mineru were dumbfounded by the sudden revelation.
Meanwhile, Yoichi took a step out of the cart along with his unusual pair of earrings dangling in the wind. After seeing the child's countenance, some of the spectators rubbed their eyes, shocked by those distinctive and significant pair of eyes.
"That—That was a Sharingan, right?!"
"How the hell did a child have a Sharingan?!"
"Did the Uchiha leave a child out there? That looks so dangerous if you think about it."
Like a person injected with adrenaline, the crowd began to speculate due to the uproar. In contrast, the leader of the shinobi guard felt conflicted by his situation until a man with a horse mask appeared near him.
"Let me take care of this..." In a cold voice, the man with the horse mask remarked.
"A—ANBU! Then, I'll temporarily relinquish my inspection." Therefore, the leading shinobi guard left and took the other children including the stupefied group of two.
"Quite a commotion you did out here, kid. Shut it off." Directly pointing out the obvious, the ANBU then commanded Yoichi with his cold voice.
"I understand." After he closed his eyes, the Sharingan deactivated. Following that, the ANBU carried Yoichi easily like a sack of rice and took him back into the ANBU's interrogation room.
However, with Yoichi's splendid ruckus, the word of mouth traveled comparable to the speed of light. Now, the stability of the peaceful village was turned upside down, ending the equilibrium with his implication.

"Hmmm, what's with the unrest near the gate?"
In a large compound, a red-haired lady enjoyed her alone time with refreshing wafts of wind until she sensed a peculiar sensation, immediately asking for something unusual she perceived.
"Mito-sama. The one behind the uproar was a child. It appears that this kid is one of the Uchiha Clan and an unlisted Uchiha Member." At a swift speed, a man in a mask appeared in an instant and politely revealed the news.
"That is quite careless on their part... Care to tell me the physical description of the child?" Mito Uzumaki asked, closing her eyes and savoring the wind as if unfettered by the state of restlessness.
"Yes, Mito-sama. The child appeared to be in ragged clothing with his slightly tanned skin. Also, he has an uncommon pair of earrings with some intricate designs, I assumed it was likely similar to a Yin Yang." As soon as she heard the last sentence, a jolt of shock made Mito open her eyes.
Yin Yang Symbol and a slightly tanned skin... It couldn't be...
"Can you tell me the name of this child?" At this point, Mito was very surprised and felt interested.
"It seems his name is Yoichi. Is there something wrong, Mito-sama?"
Therefore, Mito felt like another bombshell had blown her mind. In her heart, the feeling of blooming once again violently pumped as the remembrance of the past began to circulate in her mind.
"Was the child taken by ANBU?" Mito glanced at the ANBU.
"Yes, Lady Mito."
"Then, tell this to Hiruzen. Cease his thoughts about this matter. The child didn't deserve any wrongdoing so set him free." With her calming down, Mito offered a suggestion and waved her hand as the ANBU set off without any hesitation.
Is this really fate? Like Sensei said?
Soon, the calm pond in the compound was stirred slightly by a drop of water as the ripples of the drop disturbed the pond with its impact.

The Uchiha Clan and its higher-ups urgently decided to recall back its own members for an emergency meeting concerning Yoichi's sudden arrival in Konoha and his existence.
"Kohaku, give them a reasonable punishment! That child Naoko bore is an exceptional talent. We must really take care of the child!"
"Don't act rashly! We still don't know the brat's current situation. Perhaps we should beseech the Hokage's permission for the brat's custody."
"Nonsense! That's why I said we must unite and overthrow this leadership! If we had taken action sooner, this child wouldn't have been taken by that inadequate Hiruzen and his council!"
With the ongoing debate between the factions of doves and hawks, symbolizing the peaceful doves and the aggressive hawks, the parties began buzzing in the room intensely.
"Silence!" Kohaku shouted, with an imposing tone that made the crowd silent.
"This farce should be taken seriously. Naoko, you will take care of the child from now on. As for the child's captivity, we must pressure the higher-ups to relinquish their control over the child. Our Clan's prestige shouldn't be sullied by this matter."
Kohaku's words made a lot of sense in the Dove faction. In contrast, the Hawks faction thought that it was too lenient on the clan head's decision.
"Elder Setsuna, would you mind being my partner in this case? We must truly take control of the situation as quickly as possible." Kohaku spoke with politeness towards the elder near him.
"Can you consider our plan? We must strike the iron while—" Setsuna said, in a murderous tone but Kohaku indifferently replied, "Enough of this scheme! This is for our future and I should put this clan's responsibilities in my hands. Let's get ahead."
Kohaku was the clan leader of the Uchiha Clan. Initially, he was on the Hawks faction but due to the burden and obligation of the position, Kohaku should put his clan's interest as well as the harmonious aspect in the village. The equilibrium of his seat must remain proportional to both the clan and the village as a whole.
Due to this tight cohesion of the Uchiha Clan, they remained as the top clans compared to the dwindling Senju Clan.
"Naoko... We should prepare for the child's arrival. I know you have a lot of concerns about him but don't fret, I'm here with you alright?"
On the side, Nobuyuki hugged his wife and kissed her forehead, patting her back with consolation. Meanwhile, Naoko snuggled deeply into his arms until she couldn't help but clench her fist, suppressing her complicated emotions from swirling out of her mind.
Soon, the meeting was eventually adjourned but the feeling of interest, surprise, and appeal still held on the Uchiha Clan's crowd. Buzzes of curiosity and skepticism toward Yoichi.

Don't worry guys, I made Kohaku a name instead since he was the unnamed father of Fugaku. Kohaku, Fugaku, see the similarities?
Also, maybe I am going to be confused by Kohaku Uchiha and Koharu Utatane. So please, point out because I will make some mistakes in the future, I believe I will make errors.
