Betrayal, that's what he got for helping Harry Potter take down Voldemort. He is labelled as the dark lord because they feared his power. He is labelled as a murdurer, lunatic and a criminal who murdered high level citizens, but he only murdered death eaters.
Even the ones he saved from the clutches of dark lord turned against him and accused him that he is a monster. Even his lover and soon to be wife betrayed him, Hermione Granger. He is foolish to believe her. She turned against him, mixed strong sleep inducing potions into his food and helped them lock him azkaban.
But how can that prison hold him, he break the azkaban from top to bottom and freed prisoners there along with the Dementors. He wreaked havoc and killed almost everyone that betrayed and tortured some people.
The whole magical world turned against him calling him a dark wizard. Ministries of all countries labelled him as a criminal. Some saw hope in them, like the saints that Grindelwald led and Death eaters that lost their lord.
A huge war appeared. Result, is a devastating consequence. The whole wizarding world is exposed. Wars are fought between muggles and wizards. In the end, wizards barely won by controlling the high level people with authority.
But by the time war ended the world itself is barely holding on. So he decided to start all over again. He built the biggest time turner that can return his soul memories to the time he is in Hogwarts. Not physical body but soul and memories. After many months of research he succeeded.
And he only got one use for this. As he spinned the time turner to the maximum and released it, he saw a flash of light before he head a voice.

Opening his eyes, he saw Dumbledore announcing the name of Harry Potter from the note that is ejected from the Goblet of Fire. Dumbledore, this sly old man, he was very careful around this man. Kevin is very careful around Dumbledore. He didn't even get close to this old man fearing he might read his brain and only became friends with Golden trio.
The result he is betrayed by them in the end. But no more, he won't ever help them any longer. let them do as they please, he will abandon all contingency plans he made for them in case something goes wrong. Let Snape die, let orderof phoenix suffer, let the saviour walk his own path. Kevin meanwhile will take advantage of this situation to make money.
He is a fool not to take advantage of the rich people from Slytherin circle. They offered many deals for him in the later years for best prices and profit. As he is thinking there is window in front of him which made him blink.

There is not a single day that he slept peacefully. He madly chased after power and learned all that he can, absorbed knowledge and spells like a sponge. Built his own rituals, potions, spells. He barely got any sleep in the seven years, he stayed in the wizarding world.
As he is thinking, Draco called him," Hey night. Potter must be quite happy now. Don't you want to share his happiness as his laptop dog ", sole started laughing in Slytherin table. Yep, Kevin is a Slytherin unfortunately. That's what earned the distrust from everyone.
Kevin just gave him a stare before pulling a notorious prank spell. Draco immediately stopped laughing, he stood up and started taking all of his clothes under the shocked gaze of everyone before started dancing naked in the great hall.
