I was lazily standing at the edge of the bridge a few metres away from our hostel when I heard my name being called out. Of course it my crazy bestie, Sandra. She was the closest friend I had ever since I enrolled into "Hanson University". I was so engrossed in my phone so Sandra had to yell at me before I looked her way. "Claudia, the food is ready",she said. Sorry babes I'll be right there, I assured and followed her after a few minutes. I nearly forgot I was hungry. I entered the small room Sandy and I shared. We shared a double bed, a closet, a kitchen and a bathroom. We also had a study table with two chairs.It was really nice and spacious enough.
Sandy brought out the food and we sat down to enjoy. She reminded me of our plan. Oh, how can I forget we have a night party to attend.
After eating, I went to freshen up. When I came out, she was busily searching through the closet for a dress.However, after a few minutes of searching, she chose a striking navy blue base bodycon with white stripes, creating a chic and eye-catching design. Oh yeah! that's really suitable, I told her.
I somehow chose a short fitted red dress with a thigh-high slit and an open back that my boyfriend bought for me on my birthday.
As we were getting ready for the party, my phone rang. I quickly picked it up from the study table and was Bobby, my boyfriend. He was waiting outside. I called Sandy and in no time we were outside.
After thirty minutes of driving,we arrived at the luxurious roof top restaurant with panoramic view, live band and a sophisticated ambiance. The place was really party-friendly with lots of food and drinks. Lights were sparkling from every corner of the place.It was full of people which made me more happy.
We were directed to a large table surrounded by Bobby's friends.
Sandra and I glanced at each other and smiled. We sat in a couch next to the table and party began.Bobby popped a champaigne.We all started drinking and laughing as if nothing else mattered. After a few glasses of wine, my eyes began to be glossy and I wasn't able to focus properly. I stood up and because I was feeling drowsy, I nearly fell. Bobby got hold of me. I didn't remember when and how it happened but we ended up making a big mistake which happened to change my life completely. That was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life....
