Inside the inner world, the full moon in the sky was still flawless. At the base of the white tower in the black desert, many new buildings had appeared.
These buildings weren't as tall as the tower, but they were much grander than ordinary buildings.

There were many new buildings, taking up a large area of the black desert.
Sora arrived at the buildings and saw Kagehime.

"We are different forms of the same consciousness. You can see us as one," the white Kagehime answered calmly.
"Looks like I won't have to fight you, then," Sora chuckled.
Unlike other Shinigami who Hollowfied, Sora didn't feel any insane will trying to take over his body.
He could feel he was closely connected to them. His Shinigami, Hollow, and Quincy powers were all parts of his soul.
"Of course," the white Kagehime nodded.
"Good!" Sora sighed in relief.
The white Kagehime was still Kagehime. Her personality was just affected by the Hollow power, making her less active.
This way, he didn't need to build a relationship with an inner Hollow, like other Shinigami who gained Hollow powers.
Sora looked up at the white tower.
He was already using his Quincy power to control the Quincy Reigai, so it couldn't manifest in his inner world.
But besides Kagehime, there was one other consciousness in his inner world.

Sora instantly arrived at the top of the white tower.
Tenzui Shinkotsu sat on the edge of the tower, gazing at the full moon.

"I have a question," Sora paused. "My Shinigami power, Hollow power, and Quincy power are all parts of my soul. That's why they are in my inner world."
"I can clearly tell that you are not part of my soul."
"You are the will of Tenzui Shinkotsu."
"I understand that a divine weapon can have its own will. But I've seen other divine weapons. They don't appear in the wielder's inner world."
Sora had more than one divine weapon. He also had 'Enrakyōten', which he got from the Tsunayashiro clan.
Because of the Reigai puppets, Sora thought he could use one to wield Enrakyōten and maybe avoid its side effects.
So, he tried to communicate with Enrakyōten.
But when he did, Sora entered Enrakyōten's inner world, not his own.
"But your consciousness is in my inner world. That's completely different from Enrakyōten."
If it were just Enrakyōten, Sora could have just said every weapon is different.
The Shihōin clan also has weapons with their own wills. Sora asked Yoruichi, and she also said you have to enter the weapon's inner world to talk to it.
