After climbing down the stairs. he calmly started walking toward the crowd where Bakugou is getting attacked. Seeing that the heroes like last time didn't save him and are saying they are not ideal hero for this situation. After seeing that Izuku swiftly ran forward toward the sludge villain. He took out his expandable baton from his backpack and throw it at sludge villains eyes. After throwing the baton, Izuku ran forward and took out Bakugou out of sludge villains grasp.
While this was happening, Small Might ducked into an alley and transformed back into his muscle form. He shot forward in a burst of speed, leaping over the heads of the onlookers.
"I AM HERE!" he boomed, his fist slamming down with such force that the air cracked. The sludge villain exploded into harmless goo, splattering across the pavement.
Bakugou fell to his knees, coughing and gasping for air. Izuku, breathing heavily, wiped sweat from his forehead and took a step back, eyes fixed on the towering figure of All Might.
The pro hero glanced between them, his expression unreadable. "You two… are safe now."
The crowd erupted into cheers, but Izuku getting everyone's attention of him saw All Might looking at him , he knew he win over All Might and will get the Quirk.
Later, after the police finished their questioning and Bakugou was taken home, Izuku started the slow walk back to his apartment. He knows that right now Bakugou is going to appear to say shit to him.
After getting real close to his house. Bakugou suddenly appeared behind him calling him" Hey, Izuku". (Here is a flashback of why Bakugou called him Izuku —at the age of 8 Bakugou tried to beat Izuku up, In that moment Izuku beat up Bakugou and his lackey's, After that whenever they tried to fight Izuku, he always beat them up. So in this loop Bakugou isn't aggressive because he don't want to get beaten by him in public — yeah that's it, now continue).
Izuku After hearing him turned over and asked " what do you want Bakugou ". Bakugou replied " why did you save me, when I always try to fight you". After Bakugou said that, Izuku stared at him calm and nicely, then Izuku said" I just wanted to save you, Bakugou. Since, I am going to be a hero." After that Bakugou then started to head to his house angrily.
Now after this event All Might's gonna appear. Then A sudden whoosh of wind made him stop. All Might landed in front of him, still in his muscle form.
"Young man," All Might said seriously, "back on that rooftop, I told you not to risk yourself without a Quirk. Yet today, you charged in without hesitation. Tell me… why?"
Izuku stared at All Might calm and coldly thinking an correct and good answer. "Because i can help him unlike some heroes who are waiting for the right quirk hero to come and save the day."
A slow smile spread across All Might's face. "That's exactly why I've decided… you can be a hero. And I will help you."
Izuku's eyes remained calm. "how…?"
All Might plucked a single strand of hair from his head and held it out. "My power, One For All, can be passed from one person to another. And I choose you as my successor."
The boy stared silently at the hair strands then answers "…You want me to eat your hair. How does that even work ?"
Then suddenly All Might turned into a small Might and started puking blood and said "It's work by giving you my dna either by eating the hair strands or drinking my blood," All Might said with complete seriousness, while wiping his mouth.
Izuku stared silently for a moment, then laughed. "…This is the weirdest day of my life."
And just like that, the path toward creating a safe world begin and in this time he will definitely save everyone.
