Chapter 41 - Chapter 41: Professor Paradox

Bang!!

The moment Alien X landed, divine energy erupted from his body — locking onto every warrior in sight!

Each punch shattered enemies into clouds of disintegrating molecules that scattered in the wind.

He could have ended it instantly…

But Alien X's hyperactive energy didn't allow him to finish the fight that easily.

(Note: This "ADHD" refers to pure hyperactivity — not the medical condition!)

"What's wrong with Ethen, Grandpa?" Gwen asked in shock.

Mark stared, equally stunned. "Maybe… the alien DNA's too strong. It's affecting his personality!"

He watched as Alien X shattered another enemy with one casual blow.

Bang!!

Another hit — another warrior reduced to glowing dust.

Ethen's alien form turned toward the massive fortress ahead.

Then—

Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!!

Countless Alien X appeared around the fortress, each one moving faster than light, tearing the entire structure apart piece by piece!

The enormous base began collapsing in on itself, shrinking at a speed visible to the naked eye.

Inside the fortress, the soldiers dropped to their knees, gazing in terror at the unstoppable being before them — a god wrapped in chaos.

And as Alien X finished dismantling the fortress… he annihilated the remaining guards in a single, blinding wave.

Some tried to resist.

It didn't matter.

Within a minute, only the first floor of the fortress remained — and a handful of warriors stood guard over Ben, who was tied to an operating table!

"It's your turn!!" Alien X roared, leaping forward.

Under the terrified gazes of the guards, he struck once — turning them into vapor.

"Ethen…!" Ben gasped, his voice trembling. "That's gotta be your strongest alien form!!"

Alien X ripped apart the chains binding Ben.

"Run! I can't hold this form much longer!"

"Oh—okay!" Ben stammered, grabbing his hoverboard and darting out of the collapsing building.

The moment Ben escaped, Alien X's entire body ignited with power.

A blinding explosion of light consumed the fortress — and everything within it.

"Ding! Mission complete!"

"Host gains 20 bonus points!"

Was it over?

Not even close.

Unable to stay still for a second longer, Alien X screamed into the sky and blasted off like a comet, tearing through the atmosphere.

He streaked past Vilgax's warship, leaving shockwaves that sent alarms blaring throughout the fleet.

"W-what was that?!" Vilgax's soldiers cried out as the energy trail vanished into space.

But Alien X didn't stop.

He raced across planets, through asteroid belts, even past Azmuth's base on Galvan Prime — leaving the entire galaxy trembling.

He could go anywhere.

Do anything.

He couldn't stop — not even for a moment.

Somewhere in the multiverse, an old man tapped his cane against the shimmering fabric of reality.

He was calm, refined, and impossibly ancient — a traveler of timelines and dimensions.

"Hmm…" he mused, adjusting his hat. "The human in this universe turned into Alien X while… hyperactive?"

"I've never seen an Alien X this unhinged!"

Professor Paradox's expression shifted from curiosity to concern.

"I should take a closer look. Let's just hope this isn't another contaminated timeline…"

And with that, the Professor opened a glowing portal and drifted toward Ethen's universe.

Bang!!

Alien X crashed down to Earth like a meteor.

As he hit the ground, the transformation timed out.

Ethen rolled across the dirt, groaning as the Omnitrix flickered back to normal.

"The less anyone sees of that reverse-form Alien X, the better," he muttered darkly.

Forget hyperactivity — that alien was pure chaos!

He'd nearly self-destructed from the energy surge.

"Never again…"

Ethen brushed himself off and rejoined the others.

Max was already driving the Rustbucket back toward the city while updating Plumber HQ about what happened — and arranging for House to sign a dozen confidentiality forms.

During the ride, Max finally explained everything about the Plumbers and their mission.

Surprisingly, Ben accepted it right away.

"Gwen knows magic, Ethen and I can transform… So Grandpa being part of an alien organization just makes sense."

He grinned. "We're basically a family of weirdos."

"I didn't know you were a trainee Plumber, Ethen," Gwen said, her eyes shining with admiration.

Ethen smiled, pulling a silver trainee badge from his bag. "For now. Maybe one day I'll make it official."

"You're amazing, Ethen!" Ben said excitedly. "I wanna train with you — become stronger!"

And so, the rest of the day was spent sparring.

Ben transformed into alien after alien, while Ethen countered with his reverse forms —

Diamondhead's opposite, the "Coal Warrior,"

XLR8's reverse, the "Burrowing Titan,"

and several others.

The two pushed each other to the limit.

Gwen sat nearby, studying her spellbook, runes glowing around her hands.

Max smiled, cleaning his laser rifle in the Rustbucket. "A proper Plumber should always have a sidearm — for when transformations aren't enough."

He chuckled. "Should've done this years ago."

By nightfall, everyone gathered for dinner and rest.

Midnight.

Ethen sat up in his bunk, checking the Reverse Watch's data.

"Ugh… can't afford any upgrades yet," he sighed. "Then… give me a new template."

Ding!

"Congratulations, host — Omnitrix template acquired: Original Omnitrix!"

Original Omnitrix — The prototype connected to the number 10.

10 forms, 10 minutes of transformation time.

Ethen frowned. "Seriously?"

"Replace the Original with the Love Watch template!"

Ding!

"Template replaced successfully."

The familiar heart-shaped watch shimmered onto his wrist again.

Ethen smiled faintly, glancing at the cabinet where Max's laser gun rested.

"I think I've figured out how to power-up this watch… Now I just need someone strong enough to test it on."

Meanwhile, at the ruins of the Forever Knights's base…

A new figure stepped out of a teleportation beam.

He wore golden armor and a mask, radiating authority and menace — The Forever King.

He scanned the barren wasteland that used to be the branch base, frowning.

"Navigator, are you certain this is the right location? I ordered a jump to the sub-base, not the middle of nowhere!"

"This is the right place, Lord Forever King," one of the soldiers stammered, drenched in sweat. "But… the base—it's gone!"

The Forever King stared silently at the empty expanse before him.

Every molecule of the fortress had been vaporized.

Not even debris remained.

"What in the cosmos…" he whispered. "What kind of being did they provoke?"

Now it made sense why contact had been lost.

No survivors. No trace. Just… annihilation.

Watches like the Reverse Watch and Error Watch that can unlock Alien X forms are incredibly rare and powerful.

Their strength far surpasses standard or even enhanced watches like the Love Watch — so don't underestimate the difference in power level!
