"Sienna Hart" she was definitely an interesting lady.
"She hasn't changed much still as curious and untrusting as ever,"
I remembered our conversation from earlier and couldn't help smilling. Well, today went pleasantly well if i do say so myself.
Not only did I get my mom a daughter–in
–law I also got my childhood crush what could possibly go wrong.
What happened next made me regret saying those words.
My phone rang, and the caller was Mateo
"To what do I owe this displeasure?"
"Am at your place where are you?" He asked, making me frown.
"You're at my place, and you didn't think it was right to let me know first before you went there?" I replied, earning a scoff from him.
"Since when have I ever done that hurry up, i brought drinks," he replied and hung up.
I stared at my phone blankly before sighing and dropping it.
"Doesn't he have any shoots? He is oddly free," I thought, shaking my head.
Mateo was a renowned actor. I never expected he would become one
Ever since he was little he was always the one with the CEO vibe so I was sure he was going to be a rich CEO or something.
When I found out he was going for theatre art I was surprised.
But I guess the clue was there. I just didn't pay enough attention his parents supported him i didn't see any reason.
I shouldn't, especially as his best friend, so I did. And now he is an A–list actor.
Come to think of it maybe I should have videoed him that day and posted it now. I wonder how people will react to their idol being a crybaby. The thought made me laugh.

When I got home, I saw Mateo as he said, waiting for me it seems he is not as free as i, though cause he was holding a script on his hands, probably for a new movie.
"If you are busy, shouldn't you stay at home?" I asked, making him raise his head to look at me, a faint smile on his lips.
"You're acting as if you're not happy to see me," he responded. i just scoffed, choosing to say nothing else and just sat down next to him
"Where were you? I went to your office but your secretary said you didn't come to work he has no idea you're even back," I chuckled at his words.
"I haven't told him yet. As for where I went to, I went to get my wife and mom's daughter–in–law" I replied. He looked at me as if I was crazy. Maybe I was.
"It seems like all those years you stayed outside the country has made you a little mad,"
"Who knows maybe?" was all I said.
"Who is this wife of yours?" He asked
"It's someone you know actually," I replied, turning to face him with a smile he didn't say anything for a while, then the realisation hit him.
"You don't mean...?" He said, not finishing his words.
I nodded. "You are really crazy," he said dumbfounded I just shrugged.
"How are you so sure she is really the girl of then you were barely with her before they found her isn't that what you said"
"You seem to have forgotten that this is the same girl I have been keeping a watch on for God knows how long if she wasn't the girl from then don't you think I would have known and I was with her for 2 days"
"Cyrus, I understand that this girl was your first love, but marrying her is another thing entirely. Her family is shrouded in a lot mystery," he said, pausing.
"Have you forgotten the incident years ago it was taken down immediately and her aunt made sure that no one ever mentioned it again it was almost as if she didn't want her to find out the truth isn't that the time she also lost her memories?" He finished. I could see the worry in her eyes.
I wanted to say something but decided against it. If there was anyone who should know the truth first it was Sienna.
"That's why I'm marrying her so I can help her find out the truth find out who she really is" I replied all my years of research.
All the years I had to watch behind the scene as the tortured and maltreatment her was not going to waste I would get my revenge for myself and for Sienna.
I still remember the day we first saw.

"Is anyone here?" I heard who would be out in the woods at this time it was already getting late.
Today, I followed dad to hunt it was one of the things we did that I actually enjoyed. I didn't expect that someone else would be here. This was a first.
I wanted to head back, but I thought against and decided to follow the voice only for it to lead me to a young girl. She looked younger than me from what I could see.
She was crouched over, and it seemed like she was crying.
"Hey, are you ok?" I asked, walking over to her she slowly raised her head, her eyes wherealredy red, and her cheeks were puffed, probably from all the crying. She looked cute.
"W–who are you?" She asked, standing up while wiping her tears her eyes were full of alert. It seemed like, if worst came to worse, she was ready to run. I chuckled at that.
"My name is Cyrus, Cyrus Vale. What's yours?" I asked she stated quietly, probably wondering if she should tell me her name or not.
"Sienna Hart," she replied, and I nodded, smiling.
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"Mom and Dad brought me here to hunt, then I walked away without them knowing now i don't know where I am," she replied.
"Oh so other people know about this place," I thought.
"Okay, and you don't know the exact place they are?" I asked, making her shake her head. I didn't know what to say.
"They are probably looking for you let's wait here" I said walking over to sit where she was crouching previously she stood for a while before walking over to sit a little further away from me she was really untrusting for a little girl.
"How old are you?" I couldn't help asking.
"3" she replied, and I nodded, so I was older. Well, I knew already, but I just had to confirm.

We waited for hours but nobody came I was sure dad was already looking for me but I couldn't leave Sienna all alone I thought about taking her with me but what if her parents came and we had already left.
I only finally decided they were not coming when it was already too late. Thankfully, there was a small cottage there where we could at least stay for the night before someone found us.
I came across the cottage when I was coming over to find Sienna.
"Are mommy and daddy not coming to find us?" I heard Sienna's little voice as I was looking for a blanket to cover her with.
I was quiet for a while. A small girl like her must have never been away from her parents this long.
"They will." Was all I could say.

We ended up staying two days inside that cottage before Sienna's parents found us we could only survive with the little food that was inside, which was surprisingly still good it seemed this was someone vacation home.
Before Sienna left we made a promise to come back here again I came back but she never did.
I thought maybe she forgot or she didn't want to see me again it only became clear to me when I saw the news of the accident and her losing her memory. it went away as soon as it came.
It just became clear to me after I travelled out of the country and made my own findings, keeping a watch on Sienna.
Of course I told Mateo about our meeting every other thing other than that he was oblivious to.
I just wish I could tell Mateo everything, but I can't if he knew he wouldn't let me go through with it after all Sienna's aunt and uncle were vicious people.
"You are really in love with her, aren't you?" He asked. I just smiled.
"She is my first love. You said it yourself," I responded he just sighed, resigning.
"Okay, enough of that. Let's look at the bright side. Your Mom is finally going to give you a breathing space." He said
"We should celebrate. I'm glad I brought drinks"
