Chapter 1 - Prologe.

Greece, Mount Olympus

Only peace reigned after the war between the Titans and the Gods. The Heavens and Seas calmed down. Life began to sing again. Young Zeus, the King of all Greek Gods, was deep in thought. His eagle sat on his shoulder and seemed to be thinking about something too.

"Master! Lady Hera just gave birth!"a cheerful voice was heard. This was Iris, goddess of the rainbow and messenger of Zeus and his wife, Hera.

"I hear you, Iris," answered the God of Lightning. "Let's go and look at my firstborn."

They left the throne room and headed towards the chambers of the Queen of the Gods. As much as he hated his father, even Zeus admitted that he had exquisite taste. However, in places there was incredible anger. How could it not be if the evil Titan of Time, Kronos, ruled before Zeus? He even ate his own children. He was that terrible. But the closer they came to Hera's chambers, the more clearly they felt this very anger. "It" was much stronger and darker than the anger of the Time Titan.

When Zeus opened the door, he was quite frightened and surprised at his own reaction. Not everyone can push the Great Thunderer. Standing in front of him was his wife, Hera, the Boshin of family and marriage. Instead of her usual smile, she had an angry expression on her face.

"What is it, Hera?" Zeus asked her.

"Look at him," his wife answered him and handed him the bundle with the child. Zeus looked at the package and was horrified. Instead of a human baby, for whom the Gods could be mistaken, there was a lizard. Their firstborn had dull gray scales; Two brightest ambers looked at him, and his mouth was full of small teeth.

Calming his heartbeat, he looked at the bundle again. The reptile looked at him even more intently. It seemed as if "he" was begging to be taken away from his mother's arms.

"We need to remove it," Hera said unexpectedly. "Remove it and hide it. Make sure no one ever finds out about him."

"But why? He seems quite healthy, apart from his appearance."

"Are you still asking? Look at him! He looks like a monster."

"But he is still our son," Zeus objected. He didn't care what his son looked like. Healthy and strong? Great! The rest is not important. "We are in a fragile world now, Hera.Every person born has value. It doesn't matter what he looks like."

"In a fragile world? Titans and your father in Tartarus! No one can escape from there! They are guarded by all the Hecatonchires! You yourself said that together they are stronger than you!"

"Do you want to banish your own son to Tartarus?!" Zeus exclaimed. He was able to grasp the context of Hera. Behind Zeus, thunder began to rumble and lightning began to appear. "This will never happen! Do you hear? Never!"

" Quiet, lovebirds. Why swear? You may scare the child. Now he's already crying." a voice was heard behind Zeus.

They looked back. There stood Hestia, Zeus's elder sister and Goddess of the Hearth. She also had some influence over both her brother and sister-in-law. She loved them, even though she could be cruel at times. She looked no older than Zeus, about twenty years old in appearance. But usually she preferred the appearance of a ten-year-old girl.

"Tell me everything," she demanded. Although Zeus was the king of the gods, he knew how to listen to advice, so he told everything. "Hera is right. He cannot be left on Olympus," Hestia said to Zeus. Then she turned to Hera. "But Zeus is also right. It is impossible to leave him in Tartarus. This could cause a new war."

"Then what should we do?" Hera asked.

"Far in the East there is an island. It is huge and it will be safe. Let Iris take your son there and leave him. He can grow strong and help if anything happens."

That's what they decided on. And the next day Iris flew to the island, taking with her the child of Zeus. Hundreds of years passed and they forgot about him. And thousands of years later the Japanese found him and named him

 Godzilla.
