Chapter 14 - Chapter 13

Kurumi watched the final wave of summons, her eyes landing on the familiar spiritual signatures of the Date A Live girls. She fixed Akira with an incredulous look that perfectly conveyed: "Really? You called them too?"

Before Akira could address her silent accusation, the newly organized command structure took action. Queen Elizabeth looked up at Akira with an intense, expectant gaze. Akira glided down to meet her.

Elizabeth began to ask sharp, rapid-fire questions, but Akira cut her off with a pragmatic move. He ushered her toward the castle to organize an immediate Council of Leaders—a meeting where he could explain the situation once, clearly, to those capable of disseminating the orders.

Akira quickly gathered the key representatives in a grand, quickly furnished meeting hall within the Castle-Resort:

Queen Elizabeth and Bismarck were unanimously chosen to represent the vast Azur Lane fleet.

Serafall Leviathan, Gabriel, Penemune, and Sona Sitri (who was there primarily to restrain her hyperactive sister) represented the various heavenly and demonic factions.

Kotori Itsuka and Mio Takamiya (disguised as Reine, the strategist), represented the Spirits and their unique strategic insights.

Evangeline A.K. McDowell and Henrietta de Tristain represented the powerful mages.

Scáthach and several key Goddess-like Servants from the Fate series (representing the demigods and heroes).

Lacus Clyne. Chachamaru Karakuri (who would also perform maid duties to serve tea and snacks) and the ethical compass, Kaname Madoka.

Kurumi and Yukari, who were trailing along out of pure curiosity to hear the inevitable "bullshit" Akira was about to deliver. They knew, even after just two days, that Akira was a master of lying with a straight face.

Facing the formidable council, Akira knew he couldn't completely lie to the omniscient beings among them. Instead, he employed a "Mixed Truth" strategy:

He bluntly admitted his core ability was "summoning" and truthfully explained the external peril—the mandatory defense against invading gates and the world's sudden collapse.

However, he mixed this with the lie about his selection process. He claimed he chose them based on a detailed assessment of their strategic utility, leadership skills, and capacity to stabilize the new world, neatly omitting the part about satisfying his own perverted nature (which Yukari and Kurumi, of course, instantly knew).

Akira's elaborate "bullshit" was incredibly believable to the majority of the girls, thanks to his conviction and the urgent reality of the world they now inhabited.

But not to the true heavy-hitters:

Madoka suffered an internal panic attack, her mind clearly registering the full, perverted reality of Akira's motives alongside the truth of the world's peril.

Mio, Scáthach, and the other Heroic Spirits who possessed higher insight simply exchanged amused looks. They were capable of seeing through the lie but found the depth of Akira's conviction—and his underlying desire for a harem of strong women—to be thoroughly entertaining. The lie held enough truth for them to cooperate, just for the sheer entertainment of the situation.

Akira, satisfied that the powerful figures were willing to tolerate his "mixed truth" for the sake of global stability and personal entertainment, quickly pivoted to the urgent mission.

"I need your immediate cooperation," Akira announced, his voice snapping back to the pragmatic, commanding tone of a logistics planner. "My first priority is to secure a legitimate cover and a stable resource supply."

He revealed the immediate plan based on his contract with the Indonesian Military:

"I told the military my ability is time-accelerated farming to solve their national food crisis. This is a massive leverage point and grants us official protection. We are now officially a state-sponsored agricultural facility."

He directed the various leaders to prepare the ground. "Your task is to immediately help the High Elves prepare the farming area and harvest the existing fruits on this island. We need to look like a functioning farm before the military returns with the staple seeds."

He informed them of the island's secret: the perpetual growing of the fruits and flowers. "You will never starve. This island ensures endless food." He also revealed the Bottomless Bento Box, confirming its ability to constantly replenish ready-to-eat meals.

Akira then revealed the full extent of his trial haul: the vast inventory of bizarre summoned items (like the Infinite Backpack and the Transmuter Briefcase), the unique monster materials (for crafting and alchemy), and the immense stack of ability cards (for power upgrades).

Akira excluded the ethically dubious Goblin cards from his verbal inventory, knowing their extreme nature would cause more chaos than the benefit of their sale.

However, for those with great insight, the sheer knowledge of those unmentioned cards was visible in the stream of information they received from Akira's mind.

The absurdity of the {Guaranteed Impregnation} and {Perpetual Drive} cards was so fundamentally ridiculous that it caused their minds to momentarily freeze from the sheer absurdity of the power's existence.

Madoka, already strained by the vision of Akira's soul, finally gave out. She fainted instantly, but not before murmuring in a low, barely audible voice: "I haven't ready to became a mother."

Mio, Scáthach, and the others, though amused, were now forced to accept that their new boss was not only a pragmatic schemer but also the collector of the most preposterously overpowered and ethically challenging artifacts in the multiverse.

As Madoka was being tended to and the most powerful entities regained their composure, Gabriel, the high-ranking archangel, posed a critical question of inclusion. She was concerned about the missing personnel and the balance of their forces.

"Akira," Gabriel asked, her voice calm but authoritative, "you've summoned devils, angels, spirits, and heroes. But why did you exclude those with Yōkai power? And where are the girl with a strong life force (Chakra)? And those with the unknown magical power? Finally, you skipped over seemingly 'normal' girl without any discernible combat ability. We need a full roster assessment."

Akira gave a dismissive wave of his hand, indicating those assets were still on his mind, but were not part of the initial core strategy.

"I have a different plan for them," Akira stated, his tone carefully calibrated between dismissiveness and strategic secrecy. "The Youkai, the Chakra users, and the girls with unknown magical power will be integrated later into specialized teams—they aren't needed for agriculture or immediate castle logistics."

He then addressed the inclusion of the "normal" girl with a smooth, completely untruthful explanation.

"As for that normal girl," Akira said with a completely straight face, "she is being held back just for aesthetic."

The moment that word—aesthetic—left his mouth, those aware of his hidden nature instantly focused on him. Their expressions tightened into a collective doubtful look. They knew that "aesthetic" in Akira's internal dictionary was a polite synonym for satisfying his more self-serving, perverted desires. The facade was dangerously close to shattering, but Akira simply smiled, not needed to expose his motives.
