"About your intelligence... I don't know."
So it really is a Low-Tier System after all.
I sigh. "Alright, that's enough. First, I'll find that pathetic excuse of a man—and then I'll grow stronger in this new world, no matter what it takes."
---
I walk toward the company where my ex-girlfriend Lora's boyfriend's father works.
No matter what kind of strange power I've gained, I'm still just a mortal.
Even though my fists feel unstoppable, I can't exactly storm in through the front door. So I decide to sneak in quietly.
And then—
> Ding...

"Huh... looks like getting beaten up really was your destiny," I mutter.
---
On my way there, countless memories resurface—Lora's smile, her voice, the way she used to hold my hand.
Why did she change so much? Why betray me after everything?
But... it doesn't matter anymore. All that's left is vengeance.
Thirty minutes later, I reach the building.
The front door gleams in the sun, but I ignore it. Instead, I circle around to the back entrance.
No one notices me slipping in; I've been here enough times to know the layout by heart.
Without hesitation, I head straight to Mike's office.
And now I'm standing before the door.
---
Knock, knock, knock.
"Who the hell's there? Can't you see the 'BUSY' sign!?"
Knock, knock, knock.
"I said I'm BUSY! Get lost!"
Knock, knock, knock.
"Tch... fine! I'm coming, you little—!"
Footsteps echo closer. A doorknob turns.
"Oh? Isn't this our little hot-headed Kael?"
He sneers, his tone dripping with mockery. "What, came to see your ex while she's working? Hahaha!"
Exactly the scene I expected—and the one I least wanted to see.
But it doesn't matter now.
---
"Cat got your tongue? Don't tell me you're scared already. Hahaha!"
"There's only one reason I came here today," I say quietly.
Then my fist moves.
Bang.
My knuckles slam into his gut.
I can feel it—the difference. My strength isn't normal anymore. It's not just physical.
Could this be... the Fist of Intent?
A wave of power rushes through me. For a moment, I almost feel unstoppable.
But I can't get cocky. Not yet. Not until I master a Semi-Celestial technique.
---
Mike doubles over, his face twisting in pain and rage.
"You damn bastard! You think you can get away with this!? You're finished, Kael!"
"How long are you gonna bark like that?" I sneer. "If I cared about consequences, I wouldn't be here."
His eyes widen—he feels it too. The weight behind my punch wasn't something a human could produce.
Then, from behind him, a familiar voice cuts through the air.
"Kael!? What the hell do you think you're doing!?"
Lora.
Even just looking at her makes my blood boil. The disheveled clothes, the hair... it's obvious what they were doing.
"What gives a bitch like you the right to bark at me?" I say coldly.
Her expression twists instantly, fury burning in her eyes.
"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME!? Mike! Beat him up like before!"
Pathetic. She doesn't even realize the man she's clinging to is barely standing.
"Heh. I'd love to see him try," I mutter, pushing Mike backward into the office and slamming the door shut behind us.
Today's going to be a long day.
---
I beat him. Again. And again.
No matter how many times he swings back, I dodge, strike, and watch him crumble.
Each hit lands cleaner than the last—I can read every movement, every twitch of his body.
"Come on, Mike. These punches of yours... they don't even tickle."
"Shut up, you son of a—!"
"Since when do dogs bark this loud?" I grin, enjoying the anger twisting his face.
Desperate, he shouts toward the door. "Lora! Call security!"
"Oh, no," I say, grabbing her wrist before she can move. "We're not done yet."
I crush her phone and every other communication device in the room.
Mike laughs weakly, "Hah! What difference does that make? People will notice eventually!"
"How stupid are you?" I ask, tilting my head. "You really forgot you soundproofed this room for your little 'private sessions,' didn't you?"
"Damn it!" he roars, realizing I'm right.
For the next hour, I unleash every ounce of my frustration.
He tries to crawl, to fight, to scream—but nothing helps.
And Lora... sometimes she screams, sometimes she hits me, sometimes she tries to run. But I stop her every time.
Finally, I grab Mike by the collar. "Tell me, was it worth it?"
He wheezes, "What... do you mean?"
"I'm talking about Lora. Why did you get involved with her behind my back?"
He hesitates, blood on his lips. "It was her... she came to me first. I didn't even know she had a boyfriend."
"And when you found out?" I ask.
"She said you were violent... that you'd never let her go... so I wanted to help her!"
---
"I see," I whisper. "So the Lora I knew... was just an illusion from the start."
I can tell he's telling the truth. He's too broken to lie.
Then I turn to Lora.
"Did you ever love me?"
Her eyes tremble. "Of course I did! You were always... my most precious thing!"
I look straight into those eyes. Lies. Fear. Nothing else.
"..."
After a moment, I take a deep breath.
"This is goodbye. From now on, neither of you will ever see me again.
And Mike... no matter how hard you try, you'll never find me."
I walk out, leaving their miserable figures behind.
---
Outside, I rush down the street, heart pounding.
Once I'm sure no one's watching, I whisper—
"System."
> Ding... Sir?
"I want to use the World Parchment," I say firmly.
> Ding... Item used: World Parchment (Random) — One-time Use
1%... 29%... 74%... 99%...
100%!
Item successfully activated!
New vessel located. Transfer commencing...
"Wait—vessel? What do you mean, vessel!? I'm not bringing my body with me!?"
> Ding... I never said you were. Transporting your physical body would cause countless complications. Instead, we'll dismantle it and transfer your genetic code, soul data, and core attributes into a new vessel.
You will be reborn—starting again as an infant.
"...So that's how it is."
I smile faintly. "A new world... a new life. Maybe even a new family."
> Ding... Transfer successful. Would you like to receive basic world information before reincarnation?
[Yes] [No]
"Yes."
> Ding... Information transfer commencing...
1%... 70%... 99%...
100%!
Transfer complete.
Then—pain.
A searing, blinding pain. My head feels like it's about to explode as knowledge floods my mind.
And then... darkness.
...
...
"Push!"
...
"It's coming! Come on!"
...
"You can do it!"
The echoes of voices reach me through the darkness.
For a brief moment, I feel weightless—floating in a warm, narrow space. Then, suddenly—
Light.
A brilliant white light fills my vision. My chest tightens, and air rushes into my tiny lungs for the first time.
"Ha~ ha... my son... my beautiful boy…"
The soft, trembling voice of a woman reaches my ears.
When my blurry eyes finally focus, I see her—
a beautiful woman with long silver hair, tears of joy streaming down her cheeks. She's smiling as if the entire world just became perfect.
Then a man appears beside her, tall and broad-shouldered, his eyes warm but fierce. He gently wraps his arms around both of us.
"It's a boy," he says with a proud grin. "As we agreed, his name will be Kael."
Kael.
My name… carried into a new world.
Even though my infant mouth can't form words, deep inside, I can feel it.
This warmth, this comfort—something I never felt in my old life.
---
A few hours later...
The world is quiet. The pain of rebirth fades, and my thoughts finally settle.
My memories of Earth are still there, though faint—like echoes in the distance.
It's time.
"System," I whisper within my mind.

"Hah..."
So I really was reborn.
A baby's body, but a grown man's mind.
I can't move properly, can't speak properly, but the System window before me confirms it all—
this isn't Earth anymore.
And as if to prove it, the moment I glance out the window of our modest stone house, I see it—two suns hanging in the sky.
The air feels heavier, richer, filled with energy I've never sensed before.
Mana.
So this is the New World...
Ocsilaus.
---
Time moves strangely for infants.
Days feel like weeks, and weeks like months.
But I never let myself forget who I am—or why I'm here.
Sometimes I hear my parents talking.
"Did you notice?" my father says softly. "He doesn't cry like other babies."
My mother chuckles. "Maybe he's just... special."
If only you knew.
---
Even as a newborn, I can already sense it.
The flow of mana, the faint hum of life energy in everything around me.
And deep within me, something else—a spark.
The beginning of what I'll one day call power.
I stare up at the twin suns again and whisper silently in my heart:
> "In this life... I won't be weak again."
> "Not in Ocsilaus."
