"Students! Gather around, gather around! Welcome to the grand arena!" the commentator shouted, hovering above the crowd with a flourish. "Today, the 11th graders will duel to show their skill, courage, and… pure genius!"
He pointed theatrically toward the arena. "On the top-right stage, we have Section A! Top-left, Section B! Bottom-right, Section C! And, of course, bottom-left, Section D!"
"The battles will be fierce, the stakes high, and only the strongest will rise. Who will dominate today? Keep your eyes wide and your hearts ready!"
The crowd erupted in cheers, the energy buzzing like electricity as the duelists prepared themselves.
On the top right corner, a girl stood ready, her fox-like bond circling her with a body wreathed in flickering flames. Streams of dancing fire shot toward her opponent, the air thick with heat and tension.
As the flames closed in and the scene looked grim, a massive stone wall erupted from the ground, intercepting the inferno. Smoke billowed into the arena, shrouding the area in a gray haze. When the smoke finally cleared, the stone wall stood firm, scorched but unmoved.
"Ah! What a magnificent display from two students of Section A!" the commentator cried, hovering above the arena, his voice carrying excitement to every corner.
The girl peered around the wall, seeing no trace of her opponent. Assuming he was hiding behind it, she prepared another fiery assault. But then, a sharp, anxious howl split the air—the fox bond, sensing danger, called out to its partner.
Before she could react, a hand shot toward her from the opponent, aiming for her neck. The fox, eyes wide, leaped forward instinctively—but the girl remained frozen, unresponsive. Suddenly, a jagged stone spike erupted from beneath the fox, striking true and forcing it down.
The crowd gasped. Smoke swirled, flames danced, and tension crackled like static electricity.
"OOO that hurts but that's what happenes in a real duel but don't worry! Our best doctors are here for the best healthcare" the commentator cried "but when someone falls down there is always a victor, everyone give it up for ken from 11th a!".
The fights continued.
On the bottom right corner, Lina's battle had turned fierce. She and her bond — a spirit deer wreathed in faint emerald light — stood their ground, bruised and panting. Their opponent wasn't much better, but still looked like they had the upper hand.
Lina's breath trembled, her knees threatening to give way. Still, her eyes never lost that quiet spark. She reached out, pressing her hand gently against her deer's neck.
In that instant, a green aura burst forth, washing over the arena like a spring breeze. The air shimmered; petals of light scattered around them. Slowly, the bruises faded, the wounds sealed, and both Lina and her bond stood renewed — calm, radiant, untouchable.
Her opponent froze mid-stance, disbelief flashing across their face. "You've got to be kidding me…"
As the light faded, Lina lifted her hand again, her expression unwavering — a silent challenge.
But the other student dropped their weapon and raised both hands.
"I surrender."
The crowd erupted in cheers, a mixture of awe and shock.
Above, the commentator's voice echoed, full of excitement.
"And a stunning victory for Lina of Class 11-C! A complete reversal at the brink of defeat!"
Lina exhaled softly, stroking her deer's mane. "Good job, Eirwen," she whispered with a small smile.
The duels continued, one after another, until the field finally emptied out.
Then, the commentator's voice echoed through the arena, louder and more charged than ever.
"Now, young ladies and gentlemen—it's time for the moment you've all been waiting for!"
The crowd erupted.
"This isn't just another duel…"
The commentator's voice echoed across the merged arena, trembling with excitement.
"This is something that happens once in five hundred years on these school grounds—a clash between heavenly geniuses! A battle never before seen by our generation!"
Gasps and murmurs rippled through the stands.
Some students leaned forward, eyes wide with disbelief; others raised an eyebrow, half-convinced the commentator was exaggerating.
Still… no one could look away.
The entire arena trembled as glowing runes flared beneath the stage. One by one, the four sub-arenas shifted, merging into two grand platforms that rumbled and locked into place.
"Please welcome—on the right, Kael and Yu!"
"And on the left, Arin and Chi!"
The crowd roared as four figures stepped onto the arena, the air itself shimmering with the intensity of their auras.
The wind howled across the arena as the four stood face-to-face.Tension brewing in the air
Chi's calm eyes met Arin's composed gaze, while Yu and Kael's grins mirrored each other — excitement and pride sparking like lightning between them.
"You use swords?" Yu asked, cracking his neck with a grin. "That's unfair. My parents don't even let me hold one. Let's settle this peacefully."
Kael's face stayed blank. "Peace is good. Let's end this quickly."
On the other side, Arin drew his dual swords, his expression unreadable. "Remember, this is still a test. Don't lose control."
Chi smiled faintly. "That's bad."
The commentator's voice boomed, louder than ever:
"let the legendary bonds show themselves!"
In a flash of light and energy, four figures appeared across the stage.
Behind Chi, Liora, her fur glimmering with faint silver light, growled softly as the ground beneath her shimmered with runes.
Beside Yu, Buddy roared, wings spreading wide as sparks crackled through the air.
Opposite them, Kael's Crimson Basilisk slithered forward—its scales glowed like molten stone, and its eyes shimmered with a dangerous crimson gleam that made the air ripple with heat.
And Arin's Spirit Hawk materialized gracefully, its feathers glowing faintly with a pale blue sheen.
The pressure in the arena spiked instantly—every bond radiating its master's intent.

Chi took a deep breath, his voice steady.
"Yu."
"Yeah?" yu answered
"Let's win this." chi said
Yu grinned. "ill try my best"
The commentator raised a hand.
"Match—BEGIN!!"
The arena fell silent.
Every student held their breath, expecting an explosion of power to erupt at any second—
But neither side moved.
The four stood still, their bonds mirroring their masters' calm.
