"Hello, do you know where the black market is around here?"
Goku stopped a witch who was shopping and asked.
It was eight o'clock in the evening, and there weren't many Wizards on New York's Magic Street, but there were still some.
"Little child, don't go asking around, that place is very dangerous, hurry home."
The witch frowned and didn't answer Goku's question. Instead, she warned him and then left directly.
"Thank you, I understand."
Goku didn't stop the witch, but politely thanked her.
Because he already knew the exact location of the New York Magic Street black market.
When he just asked the witch the question, he activated Mind Reading, capturing the fragments of memory about the black market that flashed through the witch's mind at that moment.
He had already learned Occlumency and Mind Reading a month ago.
However, both are advanced magic spells with extremely high difficulty, and he still doesn't use them particularly well.
For example, with Mind Reading, he can only read what the target is thinking at the moment, unlike Grandpa Dumbledore, who can read memories deep within the brain.
Following the witch's memory, he quickly found a secret door beneath a hidden corner of Magic Street.
"Thump! Thump! Thump!"
Goku reached out and knocked on the door.
The eyes of the portrait originally painted on the door suddenly changed, looking at Goku outside the door.
Upon seeing Goku, it made a threatening sound:
"Get out, this is not where you should be!"
"Uncle, please open the door, I need to go in and find someone."
Goku took out Nigel Hunigo's wanted poster.
Seeing Nigel Hunigo's wanted poster, the Wizard guarding the door was clearly stunned for a moment, then opened the door with a grimace.
"You're looking for him, right? I'll take you to him."
"Thank you, you are a good person."
Goku gave the door-guarding Wizard a good person card and followed him in.
The male Wizard, however, smiled mockingly:
"Business delivered right to my doorstep, it's truly a no-brainer."
Some Black Wizards need to conduct human magic experiments when studying dark magic, but Muggles, lacking magic within them, cannot effectively reflect experimental results.
Therefore, those Black Wizards would pay handsomely for wizards to conduct magic experiments.
"Wow, this place looks so interesting!"
Behind the door was an exquisitely decorated bar. Compared to the Leaky Cauldron, this bar was simply much better.
Above the bar was a high stage, where lithe female goblins sang and danced.
As her body swayed, little goblins made of White light dots were born, dancing with her.
Below the stage, round tables were arranged, where Wizards in various attires, such as Wizard robes and suits, sat.
Some were drinking, chatting, and watching the performance, while others were conversing in low voices, seemingly discussing some illicit business.
Next to the round tables was a bar counter, behind which sat a house-elf.
It constantly snapped its fingers, quickly preparing various fine wines with magic and delivering them to the customers.
In front of the bar counter stood a middle-aged goblin, smoking a cigar and exceptionally robust.
"Boss, he's looking for Mr. Hunego."
"Looking for Hunego? Why do you want to find him?"
The middle-aged goblin turned to look at Goku, taking a deep puff from his cigar.
Goku took out the wanted poster:
"I'm going to apprehend him and deliver him to Nymphadora."
"You're going to apprehend Hunego, hahaha…"
Upon hearing this, the middle-aged goblin seemed to have heard an incredible joke, laughing so hard he almost choked.
He waved his hand at the male Wizard guarding the door:
"Take him to Hunego."
"Yes, Boss."
The male Wizard guard nodded with a sinister grin.
He knew the Boss wasn't really telling him to take the wizard to Hunego, but rather to lock the wizard in the dungeon and find an opportunity to sell him at a high price to Black Wizards who needed experimental subjects.
"Come on, child, I'll take you to Mr. Hunego."
The male Wizard guarding the door reached out to grab Goku's Wizard robe, intending to lift him and take him away, but he grabbed empty air.
Because Goku had already walked towards a door next to the bar counter.
While talking to the middle-aged goblin, Goku once again cast Mind Reading; he knew that Hunego was in that room at this moment.
"Idiot, catch him!"
Seeing Goku walk towards the room next to the bar counter, the middle-aged goblin immediately frowned.
That room was filled with important customers, discussing big business, and this wizard couldn't be allowed to disturb them.
"Stupefy!"
Upon hearing this, the Wizard guarding the door immediately drew his wand and cast a Stupefy Curse at Goku.
Goku's steps flashed, easily dodging it. He turned and pointed at the Wizard guarding the door:
"Petrificus Totalus!"
The Wizard guarding the door was instantly frozen in place.
Dumbledore told him that in battles to apprehend Black Wizards, he should try to use magic in combat, as this would help him become familiar with magic spells.
If he encountered situations where magic couldn't handle it, then he should use martial arts moves.
Under non-essential circumstances, he should not use Kikoho.
So, facing the attack from the Wizard guarding the door, he used the Petrification Charm instead of a returning kick.
"I know Nigel Hunigo is in this room. I'm going to apprehend him, and you'd better not stop me."
"Wandless Casting!"
The middle-aged goblin "whooshed" to his feet, then took a few steps back.
Meanwhile, several Wizards and goblins who had been standing around quickly walked over and drew their wands from their waists.
They were the middle-aged goblin's subordinates, the bouncers of this bar.
Two minutes later, Goku pushed open the door to the bar room, while the Black Wizards and the middle-aged goblin behind him were all frozen in place by the Petrification Charm.
In terms of actual magic ability, Goku was currently only at the level of a fifth or sixth-year student.
One-on-one, he might not even be able to magically overpower any experienced bouncer Wizard.
However, Goku's physical body was too strong, his reaction speed too fast, and he used Wandless Casting.
So, no matter how powerful the magic of those bouncer Wizards was, they couldn't hit Goku, while Goku hit every time.
He quickly dealt with all the Wizards and goblins who attacked him, almost with overwhelming force.
"Who is this child? How is he so formidable!"
The Wizards who were drinking, chatting, and watching the performance were instantly stunned when they saw the battle.
A wizard, seemingly eleven or twelve years old, had quickly taken down the notorious black market Boss and his bouncers using Wandless Casting techniques.
If you were to tell this to anyone, no one would believe it, but they had now witnessed it with their own eyes.
"Nigel Hunigo, you are under arrest!"
Goku pushed open the door to the bar room and shouted at the Black Wizards who were discussing business inside.
"It's you, Hunter!"
A Black Wizard in his sixties, sitting on the sofa in the room, immediately changed his expression upon seeing Goku standing at the door, drew his wand, and stood up.
As a Black Wizard whose main business was smuggling dark magic items, Nigel Hunigo had heard some unsettling rumors.
Recently, in the black markets of Magic Street in Britain, France, and Germany, a very young but incredibly powerful wizard had appeared.
This wizard specialized in catching Black Wizards with bounties on their heads, and he had never failed.
The Black Wizards in those countries had given that wizard a nickname: "The Hunter."
One of his business partners in France had been captured by The Hunter and was still missing.
Two days ago, he had just obtained a magical photograph of The Hunter, and it looked exactly like the wizard now standing at his door.
"Kill him, Avada Curse of Slaying!"
Without any hesitation, Nigel Hunigo immediately cast the Curse of Slaying at Goku.
His subordinates and business associates also reacted, simultaneously casting the Curse of Slaying at Goku.
Seven or eight Curses of Slaying shot towards Goku like lasers, but not a single one could hit.
Because by the time they finished their incantations, Goku had already moved from the doorway to behind them.
"Stupefy!"
With a pointing finger, a wizard instantly fainted on the ground.
The wizards were greatly alarmed and quickly turned, trying to aim at Goku, but as soon as their spells were finished, Goku's figure vanished again.
"Stupefy!"
Another Black Wizard fainted on the ground.
"Shield Charm!"
This time, the Black Wizards learned their lesson, first casting a Shield Charm on themselves before continuing to search for Goku's figure.
"Shatter!"
Goku appeared before a Black Wizard, extended his finger, and lightly flicked the magical defense shield formed by the Shield Charm.
The defense shield instantly cracked and shattered into pieces.
"Stupefy!"
Goku knocked down another Black Wizard.
With his current magic power, it wasn't enough to break through a Black Wizard's Shield Charm, so at this moment, he had to use a bit of his physical strength.
Grandpa Dumbledore had him capture Black Wizards also to help him learn to better combine physical strength with magic in combat.
"Escape!"
Seeing this, the remaining four Black Wizards, including Nigel Hunigo, shuddered and no longer thought of dealing with Goku; instead, they all performed Apparition, preparing to flee.
They finally understood why so many experienced and powerful Black Wizards had fallen into the hands of this Hunter.
"Come back!"
Seeing his target about to escape, Goku's figure flickered next to Nigel Hunigo and he grabbed Nigel Hunigo's arm, which was already halfway through the Apparition.
With a forceful tug, Nigel Hunigo was forcibly pulled out of the Apparition state.
This also caused Nigel Hunigo's Apparition to fail, and the arm holding his wand was severed and fell to the ground.
"Stupefy! Reparo!"
Goku was not surprised by this; it wasn't the first time he had done such a thing.
While knocking out Nigel Hunigo, he also performed healing magic to provide simple magical treatment to his wound, stopping the flowing blood.
"That one just now seemed to be the second-ranked Black Wizard."
After putting Nigel Hunigo into the box Dumbledore had given him, which had its space expanded by an Undetectable Extension Charm, Goku took out the wanted posters.
Looking closely, one of the three wizards who had just escaped using Apparition was indeed among them.
Black Wizard Doug, ranked second on the U.S. Black Wizard wanted list.
"I wonder if I can still find him."
Closing his eyes and slowly sensing, he quickly locked onto Black Wizard Doug's aura.
"Good, he hasn't gone far."
With a flicker of his figure, Goku Apparitioned and vanished from the black market bar.
Inside a room in a common muggle apartment next to the New York Wizarding World, Black Wizard Doug's figure appeared accompanied by a series of crackling sounds.
"So you're The Hunter, huh? I'll kill you sooner or later!"
Wiping the cold sweat from his forehead, he slumped onto the bed, but quickly stood up again.
"This place isn't safe either. I'll go to Egypt to lie low."
This safe house had a Portkey he had bought at a high price, leading to Egypt, which could instantly transport him there.
But as soon as he stood up, a magical light beam struck him in the back.
"Stupefy!"
Goku picked up the unconscious Black Wizard Doug and threw him into the box.
When he had first entered the bar room, he had memorized the aura of all the Black Wizards, so as long as they hadn't run more than fifteen kilometers away, he could pinpoint their location and Apparate there.
"It's time to find Nymphadora!"
Putting away the box, Goku Apparitioned several times in a row, arriving at Nymphadora's doorstep in London, Britain.
"Ding-dong!"
Goku politely pressed the doorbell.
The door was quickly opened, revealing Nymphadora, who had just washed her hair.
Seeing that it was Goku, she wasn't surprised, as Goku came over almost every night during this period.
"Isn't the Headmaster with you?"
"I've already learned Apparition, so I won't need the Headmaster anymore; I can do it by myself."
Goku replied, while taking the unconscious Black Wizards Nigel Hunigo and Doug out of the box.
"It's those two! The Director's mouth is probably going to split from smiling now."
Nymphadora skillfully dragged the two unconscious men into the living room of the house, and ruffled Goku's head:
"I need to send these two to the Ministry of Magic immediately. The bounty will be sent to you by owl as usual when it comes through."
The first time Goku appeared at her doorstep with two French Black Wizard fugitives, she was really startled.
Fortunately, Headmaster Dumbledore was also there at the time, and the Director arrived quickly too.
Since then, she had become an Auror whose sole job was to help Goku clean up.
Although this job was a bit hard, she was very happy.
Not only was the Director promoted and she became captain, but also because she personally saw cruel and deserving Black Wizards sent to Azkaban by her own hands.
What she hadn't expected was how amazing Goku was, catching one or two wanted Black Wizards almost every night.
Initially, they were British Black Wizards, then Black Wizards from neighboring countries, and now even Black Wizards from the U.S. were being caught.
If this continued, Black Wizards would soon be completely wiped out.
"Then I'll head back first!"
Goku nodded and Apparitioned, disappearing from his spot.
His main purpose in catching Black Wizards was to hone his magic, and secondarily to help Nymphadora; he didn't care about the Galleons as a reward.
But Grandpa Dumbledore had said that he must have some Galleons stored up.
Later, no matter which world he went to for training, gold should be a relatively valuable item.
Galleons were cast from gold and were the most valuable currency in the Wizarding World; even if people in other worlds didn't recognize Galleons, they could be treated as an equivalent weight of gold.
If he got hungry in other worlds and couldn't find prey, he could use Galleons to exchange for food with the locals.
Training his body, learning the principles of magic, practicing spells, using Black Wizards as sparring partners, and earning Galleons along the way.
Goku spent another five fulfilling months at Hogwarts.
As June arrived, he felt it was time to leave and embark on a new stage of his training.
Major advancements in magic were becoming difficult, requiring time to slowly refine, especially with advanced spells that couldn't be mastered overnight.
And in terms of training, aside from physical exercise, there were no longer any suitable opponents for him to fight all out.
He needed opponents who could truly challenge him to make greater progress.
Exactly one year had passed, and he also needed to return and collect the Dragon Balls to revive the soldiers he had killed while transformed into a Great Ape.
Then, a year later, he would re-collect the Dragon Balls and come back to help Grandpa Dumbledore revive his sister.
Grandpa Dumbledore didn't object, only cautioning him about many things to pay attention to.
His only regret was not yet learning Animagus transformation.
Because his situation was special; he wasn't aiming for a normal Animagus, but rather to transform into his Great Ape form.
So, to be safe, Grandpa Dumbledore had been conducting simulated experiments with his hair, modifying the original Animagus transformation ritual.
It was still uncertain when it would be successful.
After a year of diligent practice, many wizards could already sense the presence of ki within their bodies and slowly draw it outside.
While it might still take a few years to unleash Dodon Ray and Kamehameha, they had at least gotten their foot in the door.
So he no longer needed to worry.
As for next year's ki magic course, Grandpa Dumbledore planned to have Hagrid teach it; Hagrid could barely use a weakened version of Dodon Ray, making him perfectly capable.
Upon waking, Goku found himself in the White Space.
Instead of continuing to push open the door to the Harry Potter world as usual, he turned and pushed open the door to his own world.
He reappeared, once again, in the cave on the mountain where he had first trained.
"First, I'll hunt a Sabretooth to fill my stomach, then go find Bulma to borrow the Dragon Radar."
Goku's figure flickered, and soon he returned to the cave entrance dragging a Sabretooth, which he began to roast.
His box contained some long-lasting food prepared for him by Grandpa Dumbledore.
But Grandpa Dumbledore had instructed him not to touch the food in the box if he could obtain food elsewhere.
It was for emergencies.
And on this mountain, he didn't have to worry about not finding food.
"Fera Verto!"
After the Sabretooth was roasted, Goku didn't eat it immediately, but instead cast a Deformation Curse on the roasted Sabretooth.
The somewhat charred Sabretooth immediately transformed into an enormous, golden-brown roasted chicken.
The Sabretooth he roasted himself had no seasoning, so the taste was naturally not great.
If there were no other options, he could still eat it with relish, as he wasn't particularly picky.
But now that he had learned the Deformation Curse, he could transform the unseasoned roasted Sabretooth into a house-elf-style roasted chicken that he preferred, which was naturally better.
The Deformation Curse couldn't conjure food out of thin air, but it could transform one type of food into another.
So, even though the roasted chicken would turn back into roasted Sabretooth once it was in his stomach, at least he tasted roasted chicken while eating.
He both filled his stomach and enjoyed a delicious meal.
This was the wonder of magic.
"Nimbus Cloud!!"
After filling his stomach, Goku shouted into the air.
Soon, a yellow auspicious cloud flew rapidly before him.
This was the Nimbus Cloud given to him by Grandpa Master Roshi.
Under Dumbledore's careful guidance, Goku was no longer the same Goku; at least in terms of common sense, he had made some progress.
He now understood that Master Roshi's instruction not to use the Nimbus Cloud meant not to use it to be lazy, not that he could never use it.
As long as he was diligent in his training, he could still summon the Nimbus Cloud for travel in special circumstances.
For example, he now needed the Nimbus Cloud to go to West City to find Bulma, quickly collect the Dragon Balls to make a wish, and then he could continue to focus on his training.
"Nimbus Cloud, let's go to West City to find Bulma!"
Goku jumped onto the Nimbus Cloud, riding it westward at 2.5 times the speed of sound.
West City, inside a Villa comparable in size to several parks.
Dr. Briefs, while feeding the wild dinosaurs he had adopted, replied to Goku:
"You're looking for Bulma? She's on vacation and not home. I don't know where she ran off to; that child just loves to wander."
"Ah, Bulma isn't here, then what should I do?
I need the Dragon Radar to collect the Dragon Balls. Without Bulma to make me a Dragon Radar, I can't find them."
Goku couldn't help but scratch his head at the news, but he quickly came up with a solution.
"That's right, I can go find Fortuneteller Baba!"
Fortuneteller Baba could divine the location of the Dragon Balls for him, or the location of Bulma.
However, just as he was about to summon the Nimbus Cloud to leave, Dr. Briefs slowly stood up and said unhurriedly:
"Oh, so you need a Dragon Radar, I can make one for you."
A Dragon Radar wasn't a particularly high-tech item for him.
"Really?!"
Goku's eyes immediately lit up.
Dr. Briefs stroked the kitten perched on his shoulder and nodded:
"Wait here for a moment."
With that, he turned and walked into the adjacent laboratory.
About ten minutes later, Dr. Briefs emerged from the laboratory holding a brand new Dragon Radar.
"That's great, thank you! Say hello to Bulma for me!"
Goku took the Dragon Radar, operated it a few times, and found it was exactly like the one Bulma made, clearly showing the location of the Dragon Balls. He immediately summoned the Nimbus Cloud and jumped on it.
"Whoosh!"
After Goku left, Bulma's mother came over with a plate of pastries and drinks.
"Oh, where's Goku?"
"He left."
Dr. Briefs pointed to the sky.
Bulma's mother said with regret:
"I wanted Goku to try the pastries I just made."
Three hours later, Goku arrived above a dense forest.
"It should be somewhere nearby."
Jumping off the Nimbus Cloud, he pressed the Dragon Radar a few times and knew that a Dragon Ball should be in the surrounding bushes.
If it were before, to find this Dragon Ball, he would have to search the entire area carefully, which would take at least half a day.
But now that he had learned magic, it wasn't so troublesome.
"Accio Dragon Ball!"
As he chanted the spell, a Dragon Ball flew out from the distant bushes and landed in his hand.
The Summoning Charm wasn't a particularly profound or difficult spell, but it was very useful.
Through this spell, one could directly summon the item they were looking for into their hand.
Of course, the distance couldn't be too far, the item couldn't be too heavy, and most living creatures were not within the summoning range, with the exception of small-bodied creatures like insects.
