Hu Jianyu was a sickly man. It was easy to
tell, with how pale his skin was and his malnourished-looking body… If he wasn't so sick, he'd look like an average man, with black hair and black eyes, just like the common person.
Today, Hu Jianyu will die.
It wasn't a special day for anyone else, but for Jianyu, who was finally healthy enough to be able to leave the hospital to visit his family, it was an amazing day. He was riding in a taxi to his home, the car was hot and smelt like dust. It wasn't the most pleasant experience, but Jianyu wasn't thinking about it. Suddenly he felt his body jolt forward… The car behind them, it had driven into the taxi. As Jianyu felt a sudden pain all over his body, he tried to imagine another world as a way to calm himself, one where he would be happy with his family… where he wasn't ill all the time.
Hu Jianyu had woken up in a daze, above him there was a short, blonde haired westerner who was trying to wake him up. As the daze began to fade, Jianyu immediately noticed his bright eyes, they were brown, a common color, but his eyes were such a honey-like color that they were more noticeable than some more unique colors. Jianyu went to sit up, he realized, that his arms were much stronger than usual. Well, still pretty average but a big change in comparison to his sickly body from before. The blonde boy who had sat up more now had asked the confused Jianyu, "Are you alright? I was just walking in the station when I found you." "Who are you?"
"Oh, I'm Ace, but you are?"
"Hu Jianyu."
Jianyu looked around, just as the westerner described, they were both in a Korean train station. (Jianyu is from China but before he got so sick his family and him moved to Korea)
Jianyu and this strange westerner named Ace hadn't known it yet, but, they both would be traversing through many bad situations. But still, atleast Jianyu was healthy!
